How should I approach it?

My fiance's ex wife (childs mother) called me today, partly to let me know that his 9yrdaughter no longer wants to speak to him or have anything to do with him.(she's upset about our engagement) Also to inform me of some inappropriate things that have been said and attempted by him towards her(the mother). She mentioned a few things that she feels might start a fight between us (which isnt what she wants) but feel its necassary i know what is said when i am not around, ex. that he told the child he would leave me to marry her if she would take him back. he's mentioned the conversations and made it sound as if she wanted him back, pretty much vise versa, now i told her i would much rather have her say all this with him on the phone, which she agreed to later on today....of course i already know his reaction will be deffensive and denial as to what she is saying but what do i look out for from both to determine who is telling me the truth, especially when i am about to marry him

He is working overtime alot and says he probably wont be home untill ten or eleven which doesnt make sense with what he is doing. He says he is cleaning floors at the shop with the boss and the shop isn't very big. Also when he gets home from work he always wants to take a shower. He has also been dressing up alot more everytime we go out which he never did before. I have asked him about all of this before but he says hes not cheating and he gets all mad about it. He also used to have this 18 year old hair dresser that he always talked about and got mad at me because i didn't care to meet her. Do you think he is cheating on me?

They talk all the time on im. She flirts and they tell each other they love each other as friends.

Recently she invited him to a concert and they did not want me to go said I should trust him

Then he told her if she was gonna move she should move to our town
tells me that what is wrong with having his friend here to hang out with
She sends him comments on my space all the time, really sexy ones, with kisses and all
we fight over her all the time and he refuses to stop talking to her says he is not gonna lose his friend over me, he has not seen her in nearly 20 years. He sends her comments too roses and hearts and such but says he only loves her as a friend.
We were gonna split up due to other problems and she told him if I leave she would come down here to be with him, but now she says she was just kidding
She says being flirty is part of her personality, but I think it is chosen , she has to think before she types.
He gets angry if I look over his shoulder & read his ims

He says the g/f is fun and she makes him feel good and he has no responsibilities to her.he can just have fun! He tells our teenage daughter that we arent over but that he just wants time to figure out what he wants. I am going insane! He will actually call me while at the g/f house! He is so selfish right now..and its so NOT like him. Hes been an incredible husband! Could it be a midlife crisis?? He is 37 and its hit him hard. Please help!!!

Wife has made plans with three other men behind your back, atleast thats how many time she's been caught.

once stayed with ex over night (pretended it was family busines), made plans with a another guy from canada to meet him 5 hrs away on his side of the border, and slept with another while she was pregnant with your child..

Do you try to work it out for the kids or just say screw it and let the kids deal with the Consequences?

She wants a baby and says its been enough time for us to be a couple and establish a marriage, home, etc.

She wants to get pregnant in the next few months and when the baby is born we will be together for 6 years.

I was kind of dragging my feet because I was worried about finances, but now our house is paid off and I agreed to start trying because I would like to be a father. It just seems like the years have flown by being with her!

Do you think she is right?

My husband and I are just about to the 1 year mark. A lot of couples we talked to said that it was the first year, but so far we're doing great. I was just wondering what other people thought were the hardest years in their marriages.

a mother get her kids after a split-up?
If she doesn't make a lot of money and doesn't have any kind of support from family or anyone.
My ex and I are going through a divorce, and originally I was going to let them primarily live with him (but we would have joint custody).
He makes OVER double what I do.

But I don't want this now.
I need my boys.

I can barely make it on my own.
This is the only reason why I would let them live with him so they could have a better life.

He has a lawyer, I don't.
I just applied for state legal aid, but is it any good?
I live in Kansas.

Ok she said she didn't know he was even there. She had went to a friends house to do some partying it was supposed to be just a girl party. I showed up around 10pm and there was guys there. I tried to stay but she insisted I get our girls home and in bed, I left around midnight and went home, but returned at 6am and found her like that. Later that same day I told her she was not acting like my wife, or like she wanted to be my wife. I told her she had two choices either straighten up and start acting like my wife or she needed to leave, She left and I have not seen her or talked to sence. We have two kids age 7 and 8 I want to keep the kids Question What do I need to do to protect myself and keep the kids with me, can I leagly stop her from taking the kids, we own our own home that we got together also. I just need to know what I need to do to keep the home and children, she is the one tearing our home apart not me what do I do. I also am not rich it has to be cheep cant afford lawyer.

How do you know when to get married again, if at all? I am still young and I think, is he the one? Or is there someone else? Very confused because I do love him, but have been so hurt by ex-husband, do not need another bad experience.

Would it be considered cheating if your husband was talking to women online and they sent him naked pictures? I'm talking about real people.
