You do whatever you have to do to move on. I don't believe in the theory "once a cheater, always a cheater" but twice is still two times too many. You will never be able to trust him again and even if he wouldn't ever cheat again you would constantly be suspicious. That is no way to live... there are men out there that will be faithful and loving just the way you are. And you not only deserve that but should DEMAND it now and in the future. It's not easy to make a fresh start and is sometimes a very lonely place to be but keep your mind on the future and what it is you really want and need in your life for true happiness. My guess is that it doesn't include a cheater... best of luck to you!

The best thing you can do is show some respect for yourself, because he clearly ain't respecting you, and kick his sorry *** out the door.
You gave him a chance to mend his ways and he hasn't...(not many do mend their ways..they usually go more underground) at least you know this guy ain't going to remain faithful....don't take him back or you will just look like a desperate woman only too willing to have a man in her life no matter what the cost....
Although it hurts ending any relationship, through time the pain will heal and you can open your heart again to someone who will give you the love you deserve.
look after yourself and good luck

First of all, if you found him in bed with another woman you should have never accepted him back into your bed. Because 1) He'll continue to cheat and 2) you've told him that it's acceptable behavior by your taking him back. Are you surprised that he's doing it again? Really, are you? He doesn't respect you or the relationship and he will never be faithful to you because he feels that he doesn't have to. Sure you'll be angry, you may cry, cruse, and scream, but after that's all done you'll take him back and he knows that!

Get rid of him! Too many diseases out there! Who's name is the house/apartment in? If you want to keep it - if in your name - change the locks when he is gone. Make sure you pack all his things and take them to someone's place so that he can get them. If it's his lease - take a day off work. Don't tell him! Get some people to help you and go! If your name is on the lease with his - talk to your landlord to see what you will be responsible for. If necessary - give him the 30 days notice - but go anyways!
Get all your "ducks" in a row and then act!

Get a male friend and invite him over right before the CHEATER comes home and engage in some jealous activity that would make him mad, and then kick his butt out after he walks in and sees it..you may still take him back after what he did to you, but at least you will get satisfaction to know that you made him jealous, or at least hurt to see you do that!

You except that he's a womanizer, and think about if you want to deal with this. Its obvious that he's not going to stop, it's a matter of whether you are going to continue taking the infidelity.

Only thing you can do at this point is leave him. You forgave him once and he did it again. The trust is shot and honestly, would you want to risk getting hurt again?
