And do you regret it it? Are you still married. MANY MANY women I know that got married that early said they wish they hadn't cause they never got to really "experience" anyone else. And they never got a good chance at seeing life from a being single point of view. Any thoughts?

my and my partner want to get married. we just wanted to go away and do it by ourselves and not make a big deal out of it. just the two of us a couple of witnesses and a registary office.
i let my mum know what we were thinking. since then my brother has spoke to me and said that my mum was really upset that i was considering getting married and not inviting her or anyone else.
we wanted to just go away and do it one day - dont know when or where. we dont want to sit down and have to plan things or spend a fortune. we wanted to do what we wanted and then come back and have a big party - inviting everyone to help us celebrate!
i feel horrible now that i have upset my mum and we have decided not to get married as we dont want the hassle of who to invite, where to have it and when. it would just snowball into this huge wedding - something me and my partner dont want!

we have been together a long time and have kids.

what should we do?????????

My wife went out of town a few days ago and hasnt gotten back yet. While she was away her sister was over on Tuesday and we did some Ecstasy. I had always wanted to try it because im curious. One thing led to another and her and I ended up in bed. It was the best I have ever had (probably because of the drug). Now she is threatening to tell my wife what we did unless I continue to see her on the side. I dont want to. It was a mistake to do in the first place and if i could do it over again, no matter how good it was, I wouldnt do it. We have slept together since then because I have no other choice. And when we arent in bed together she calls me honey and sweetheart and has started to coax me into doing the same. Im worried about where this is going and what i should do. Any advice? (Go ahead and berate me, it will be nothing that I havent thought of about myself).

I sent my bf who is far away an e-card. In the card, I said that after some troubles, I still love him and ask about his decision ( couple or not).
When he opens the card, it will notify me but i haven't got the notification yet !!! After the valid time of the card, if I still got no notification, what should I do then ???

I've been with this person for a good 14 years we came together when we both were in need of someone due to divorce, for support and just to have someone, we were always happy even when we were broke and unemployed, mainly because we had each other, I never went without her or kept her waiting for me if she couldn't go ,we had a beautiful child together and she is the light of my life, but it seems as if lately nothing sems to please us

I have been married for 6 years and haven't been with my ex for 9 years. The problem is I was really cruel to him and even though we are email buddies I still feel a lot of guilt about the way I treated him. I can't seem to get over it and think about it all the time. The other night I was drunk and called him. I told him I missed him and now I know he still loves me. I know a part of me still loves him because love never dies. I think it was selfish of me to call him because I was only thinking of myself, not thinking that he might possibly miss me too (or about how my husband would feel). Now I have been in sort of a depression for the last few days, crying and trying to figure things out as to why I did this. I know I shouldn't have called and I feel horrible about opening this can of worms. I should have kept my thoughts to myself. Any advice about how to deal with the ex or my feelings? I want to remain friends. Why do I hurt the ones I love the most?

We've been married for 16 years. 4 years into our marriage right after our first child , we were at my dads place for the weekend and my brothers girlfriend flirted and kissed me, yes i kissed back. Got caught that same night. I appologized and felt like dirt. It came up a few times in fights and she said she ows me. I said no because that would be different. If she goes out and seeks an affair , its deliberate and hurtfull. I told her i wouldn't forgive her. sighh well she had a depression 2years ago ( something hereditary unfortunatly) and i helped her through it all.. it was bad. Now she is in another depression and has confessed to cheating on me 6 months ago. We only kissed 3 or 4 times at the bar she says. We had done cocaine before we had children ,we did it for maybe a week and never ever again. She reveals to me that he and her were also taking cocaine in the bathroom and making out. :| She calls it revenge, i call it devastating! I love her with a barely beating heart:(
