Hopefully when t feels right and natural to.
Life may throw you some practice relationships so that you can get it right later with "the one" or you may dive straight in with the first girl you get serious with and enjoy a great life together or not.
Nowadays in some countries the marriage thing is becoming less all-important. People live together "in sin" for years and eventually decide to marry for family, financial/ñlegal reasons or hopefully, for themselves because they want to.
The important thing is that you marry when you both want to. Not because of external pressures. Families, friends, the little lady who runs the corner store. Ignore them.
We all know people who've gone steady for years, lived together and broke up soon after marriage. That is a waste for a little piece of paper that shouldn't mean more than what is in your heart every day you wake up next to the person you love or think about them while you're picking a can of food off the shalf in the supermarket.
Marriage is a social fence around a private property shared by two loving people. Who you choose to let in is up to you. If you prefer to live without the fence, thats OK too.
