She uses to have nervous breakdowns, during which she gets really violent (verbally and in the past sometimes phisically)

I'm living alone since when I was 18, entered in a highly competitive college with a great scholarship

Last week I came to England for a postgrad, and before leaving I was kind of sad, because I was leaving friends and the guy I love behind. As I started to cry during dinner my Mom got mad and told me I am a real weight on the whole family and they can't bear my presence anymore (NB:I'm living alone most of the time) and she refused to talk to me ever since.

Now I'm in England, I've started my postgrad, and I'm really sad, because I feel I don't have a family anymore, and if I have, it scaries me to death, I really don't feel like coming back home and being treated like ****. I think it's unfair, because all these years I have studied really a lot to get scholarships, my parents didn't have to pay anything, the other parents saw me like a model

Why or why not?
I have had someone say a man I am related to who is much older is my date and worse when he had the same last name.
I thought someone who is a guy was dating an older hag when she is related to him.
How do we prevent this?
Do we not hire family?

MY SISTER IS SOOOOOOOOOOO EFFIN ANNOYING! im doing homework and shes always bugging me! she does much more and tattles on me and i wanna beat her up sooooooo bad! i wanna get back at her and thats where u come in. i want any way to get back at her not jst "moooommmmyyyyyyy" im 11 yrs old, thats just childish. I want something like a practical joke like "water in a bucket on her door" trick except my mom would literally kill me if i hurt her or get her sopping wet. I just need a way. any way to get her to realize how much she bugs me and so she'll never do it again! no im not gonna sit down and talk with her, shes my sister, c'mon.

My sister is a gold digger her first husband was a rich old man and then two months after they got married she divorced him, Her second husband was another rich old guy and then she divorced him after half a year, and now she’s marrying a rich fat guy. No one in are family is going to the wedding (except are parent) she keeps calling my brother, my cousins, and me. First off i love him very much and i know he loves me,and i have heard from his sister he has said good things about us and he opens up to her about stuf.He has taken on 3 jobs now and i went from seeing him 4x wk to 2x wk, then to 1.I know he is trying to save for a new car and own place,so i let him know that i respect that and would be there for him.He said hes sorry,hes just been working a lot,he still said i love you,would kiss me,ect. we were suppose to chill he didnt answer,the next day didnt answer,VERY unlike him at all... ok so we pretty much would be filthy rich if my fther was any smarter....but we are just middle class...my dad recently invested 15k and got 2 back....
how can I say to my dad let me handle the money without taking his pride away?
I mean is not that just occasion he has a book worth of stupid crap....

he is so proud, I mean you tell him something he goes is my life my money...I need to fix that...I mean I'm working on a financial degree in college and he still says he knows money about money

i am a single father to four lovely kids.my ex wife after leaving 2 1/2 years ago has had very little contact with the kids.she picked the kids up and down when she wanted to.until i had had enough.told her she had to have regular contact or not at all.so she did not bother with them for quite a time (3-6 months
)at a time.then last christmas she said she wanted to see them on a regular basis again.so i agreed she see them. she had them every other weekend.that only lasted 12 weeks and she has not seen them since..now she says she wants to see them again.i told her back then it was the last chance she would get because of the effect it has on the kids.... do i stick to my guns.. or bite the bullet and let her see them?????

Ok i love David so much he's my boo, his brother just got out of prison and he served 7 yrs for some pretty serious things like Fraud, he robbed a bank, False Checks he rips people off and he has to live in a half way house or a family member David brought it up that he wants him to stay with us for awhile and i dont want to hurt his feeling and say no but i dont want him to live there he will steal from us and thats a fact he has stolen from David his own brother i dont care if he has served his time he's still a Convict, Felan whatever Advice please

I've heard it said that parents-upon reaching their late 50's or early 60's-tend to pressure their adult children to get on with their lives by getting married and have children so they can have the gift of grandchildren. My parents are the complete opposite. They're in their 60's and I'm in my late 20's but they are against me getting married in my 20's.

Can you provide analysis of why they believe this way? They married in their early 30's and expect me to do the same. More than anything, they seem to dread getting older. They don't mind having two adult children (25 and 21) living in their home (I'm the only one who lives away from home). For a while, this lifestyle seemed normal. But after experiencing some time away from them, I've come to realize that they are the odd ones. Why aren't they encouraging marriage?

i have step children who hate me and I don't understand why. I know their mother is jealous of my life style and the only thing that makes since is that she is turning them against me. She had a long term affair while married to my husband and became pregnant by the other man and wanted to have the baby...this is why they are divorced....The kids are just so rude to me that I want to run and hide when they are here...i don't though and try to treat them as I would any family member in our home, I just need to understand their dislike and was hoping I could get some input.

i live with my disabled parents they can still walk and do a lot of stuff for themselves but they can't do too much,i can't get a job because that would mess up the money they get and i don't have any money saved up,i would like to stay and help my parents but even if i find some way to put a trailer on the land their own but that would mess up their too.i really want a place of my own and a kid of my own but if i move out i would have to get a job that doesn't pay much because i've never had a job before so how do i buy or rent a house if i have no money

My five children whine too much for me to drag them through the mall and I heard you're not supposed to leave the windows all the way up because it can get hot. I'm worried that if I roll them down too far, someone might try to steal the car.

Or, should I leave the car running with the air conditioning on? Would that work?

I'm so confused, please help soon since I want to go and get my shopping done before dinner.

I have this anoying niece that gets on my nerves so much. She just won't stop. She is 3 and I am 13. All my life I've been the one eveyone likes but now she is the one. She goes to my room and starts to mess it up. I clean it then is uncleans it. Then when my mom goes in my room she says, "I thought I told you to clean it!" I get in trouble I tell her the truth sometimes she believes me. But when she does she says oh my god she is just a baby, she doesn't know any better. I still have some of my old toys that I admire very much and boom!!! She has to get them and ask my dad if she could have them...guess what he says...of course anything you want. OMG I feel like slaping her in the face. Please give me advice in what to do!

My daughter had her children removed from her custody 18 months ago. I was working in the oilfield, so I couldn't take them right away. When spring breakup came, I was named as a Person of Sufficient Interest. Her children were removed from her home because she failed to provide for them. (care, stability, clean home, etc.) They took the them because she was caught 'cutting' herself. They took them because of a harmful relationship, domestice violence. They took her children because she was not stable and went and got pregnant by the same guy who was abusing her and there is suspicion of him abusing the little girl.
I've had the children in my care for 6 months, now. I have been attending to their needs and allowing the parents a lot more than a foster family would be. They are together and doing so much better.
She's done nothing to improve her situation and has decided that I can't adopt them. She wants another 'try at parenting her children.' Am I selfish in fighting for them?

i swear i'm not! i know i skip breakfasts some mornings, but it's only because i don't want to eat lunch like, an hour after breakfast!
i usually eat a bowl of porridge, then a special K bar and peanut-butter and jelly sandwich at lunch. for dinner, i eat as much as i physically can [she cooks and serves, so i don't really get a choice there]. i never usually snack, but if i do, it's only ever a bag of popcorn or a cookie.
she keeps telling me that i'm far too skinny, and no wonder my pants keep slipping on me [i'm sorry, but NO jeans ever fit me. ever.] i'm a clothes US size 6, so i'm not all that skinny, but she won't leave me alone!!! how can i convince her i'm not starving myself!? we were never really that close, so i find it hard to talk to her, my dad doesn't get involved in rows like these... i can't really talk to my trusty girlfriend [weight is a bit of a touchy subject there..] and i don't think any of my guyfriends would understand... i need help!

my sisters son is married. he and his wife had a little girl. they sent picturs to everyone but his mother. why not his mother something about the past??they did not send picture to her .my daughter sent a picture to his mother on her cell phone so she would have a picture. this was in jan.. well his brothers wife was using her mothers phone and found the picture. now he calls me and says he can not trust her and dont want my daughter around the baby. well my mother has sent pictures to her as well but he dont know this. my question is what i should do??? his wife has something to do with this problem.shoould i tell him to let it go, grow up or what... thanks for your time
