it wasn`t in writing,and my sister is the exc.i live there,my sister moved away,now she wants me to move out and just let her sell it and keep the money,for her to buy a new home with in a new state,the will said we was to split every thing 50-50,so far she has kept 90% of all,help. please,someone answer me.

If I were you, I would contact the attorney who took your Mother's will to Probate Court and tell him that the executor is not abiding by the will.

if there was a will, stating everything is to be split 50/50, contact the lawyer who drew it up. he can help you. if your sis refuses to abide by it, it's kind of like contept of court. the lawyer can do something about it.
