I am 27 years old and there is this guy that went to high school with that I recently (about a year ago) reconnected with online. Shortly after high school we attempted dating but it didn't work as i was away at school. Now 10 years later, i have told him that i always liked him and he says the same!

Problem: He has a girlfriend that he has been with for 4 years. She has 2 children (not his) and they all live in a house HE just bought! I have heard numerous stories about how she cheats on him (small town) from others and how she just uses him. He calls me and he has told me that he thinks we are more on the same level than him and her. He makes arrangements to see me and backs out at the last minute. He says she is not "the one" and he doesn't really feel for her anymore. He says financially he can't put her out right now!
We have never had sex or even kissed but he is a really good guy!! Should i hold out or leave them be??? Should I keep talking to him on the phone?

When I say what my plans are(driving somewhere, buying something, changing something) he responds with "are you sure?". Even when I say 'yes', he goes on to describe a litany of things of why my plan is wrong or things I "missed". He becomes agitated if I try to explain that's not why I said it or I already thought it through. He won't stop and raises his voice to continue. He says I don't know what I'm talking about.

This frustrating mood change happens quickly and out of nowhere.

Sometimes I hear him out. Inevitably he mentions something that ticks me off but responding only makes the situation worse. He does this with my mother and sibling, too. He will take pot-shots at my mother when others are around as well.

What is going on here?!

My husband and i seperated a month before he joined the military. Well things went from bad to worst when he was in the military. He got back to town 3 weeks ago. I had been checking his account over the internet when he was there to see when he got payed and how much he was sending me but now it's a habit. He is back in town after being gone four months. We have meet a few times and sleep together another time he bought me clothes and took his daughter out. Anyways if it is going to work out it is going slow he never answers his cell This is what caused all the problems in the first place. Well i really don't have a reason to check his bank account anymore and i know doing this might even hurt me one of these days but i still do it. We are still married and havn't got divorced yet is this wrong?

I'll explain: I go out to a club wearing my best suit, showered, whole lot, and walk in thinking 'yeah tonight is the night I will be lucky with the ladies', and I try and act confident, but nothing happens. Then another day I get dragged out in my work clothes, I really don't want to be in the club and I'm not interested in anyone, and a woman comes up and talks to me etc.

It's as if people can tell that you're not interested and that seems to intrigue them, or what? Can anyone enlighten me in the ways of social interaction?

im nineteen [ill be twenty in a few months] and a junior in college. a couple of years ago i went out on new years but i had to be home before midnight so i could see the ball drop and "ring in the new year with the family". last year my parents told me i couldnt go out because we were having a party at my house [it was my parents, grandparents and some aunts and uncles] with the promise that i could go out this new years. i spent last new years in my room listening to music and watching law & order because i was so pissed.
now onto this year. before i even asked, my dad said that im staying home. when i reminded him of last year he responded "do you have it in writing?" understandably, im heated. they claim its a "family holiday", i think its just another day. im allowed to stay out late any other day so its not a curfew issue. how can i convince my parents to let me go out on new years?

girls, if there's this guy who likes you and today you watched him and his classmates playing a basketball match in a between-class competitions (it's just a coincident that you were there though, there was no plan) - and you were like leaving for a while when the match finished. but you also watched other matches. your friends were playing cards but somehow you didn't join (most probably cos you can't play).

so if you watch him playing a basketball match, does it mean you like him? nearby you there were many other students watching. you do not make attempts to be with that guy though. you never watched him though.

*no im not the boy or d girl,

I know that I'm wrong for talking to women on like, and my gf found out about, and i've done it a few times. I'm not saying im perfect, but I live alone and my gf lives 50 miles from me. I love her very much and will do anything for her. She told me that she started to talk to a man on-line, and has gone on a few coffee dates to talk, she doesn't like him as a mate but as a friend. As I said I never went out with anyone, and yes I could of, but I could never hide it from her. Right now she needs sometime to make up her mind, and that's cool. But why what I did was shameful, and what she did or doing is ok. Saying she giving a little of your medicine is not the same. She can tell me im going to talk to me anyway I want to. But she went out?

I only met my grandmother once, but I feel I loved her with all of my heart until the day she died.

I feel like I've loved the late HK actress, Anita Mui ever since I saw her films when I was a boy. Her music continues to inspire me.

So, is this really love?

I went along and thought i would give us a try but after a few weeks felt as though i could only like him as a friend i didnt feel like i could sleep with him or anything so i told him the truth rather than string him along. Now he wont talk to me or answer my texts or emails. What should i do?? I feel guilty!

Me & my girl got into an arguement last night about our religions. I am Catholic & she is something like Christian Avangelic. I was upset because she was saying how her friend that is also catholic wanted to go confess and she didn't see why we did that. I told her it's just religion and faith...but she kept trying to tell me how they thought it was wrong to confess to a preist. I then answered her :"i respect your religion so please respect ours." which she replied "But i don't respect your religion." That really dissapointed me...i don't care what religion people are as long as they try not to force their religion on me. I myself don't practice the Catholic religion to the extent but i still believe..i was raised Catholic. Do you think our relationship can work? Can we live our lives together for the rest of our lives? What if we deciede to have kids..what can we do? Please..serious answers...no religion bashing, just opinions.

My boyfriend and I basically live with each other and my privacy is constantly invaded (my journal, phone, comp, etc.) I get "yelled" at when he sees me speaking to a guy friend or an ex boyfriend. Yesterday, I was going through my computer and found him sneaking on a porn video site. He knows that watching porn makes me feel degraded and so he tried to delete all of the browsing history (apparently not too well). I also saw that he sent a message to his ex girlfriend w/ him # and asking her to call him. I later confronted him. He admitted to watching it at his friends as well. (He's a guy, right?) Am I wrong for being upset? What is the right way to handle this hypocritical situation?

I met my baby's daddy/husband (my actual 1st) 2 years ago playing in a coed softball tournament. I moved in with him really fast, got pregnant, and got married. I'm 22 & he's 32 but whatever. The thing is, 4 months being with him, he never told me he had kids and I discovered that when I moved in and by that time I was pg, so I was in a bind. Right now this whole experience has made me very mature & I'm used to having somewhat of a perfect life with my own parents & siblings, that that's how I want my own family to be. Just me, my husband & OUR OWN kids. I have no room in my heart for his 2 older sons who seem they would be better off with their mother as she's very wealthy but no room in her bank account to want them either. I fel bad & my mom says I entered this relationship being an instant mom to his sons and that's a consequence I have 2 deal with. Am I just being cruel or has any1 in this world ever felt the way I feel? My family accepts his kids but why can't I? trying 2 cope!
