Yep, I open them, and put them in the garbage. I don't want to see your kids pics.

I would second guess the friendship, if I were you. It won't hurt you to develop an album of your friends in the center of the page with their kids pictures surrounding them, in order to remember who these people were later in life. These are the people who may help you one day.
I would be furious, I wouldn't expect you to put them on the frig because I have kids but their pictures are not on my refrigerator and when we move they will not be in the living area --- they will be organized on the wall in the hall.
If you don't want pictures of those children day so, and risk losing the relationship, find new friends without children. seems that you don't like children and that is cool, but most people cherrish their kids, they are gifts of life and support is what they need. If you chose not to support this spirit then you should let it go. Some people could percieve the wrong impression and become violent. Keep in mind, in a relationship or in a friendship; it is not always about you. Most people feel this way until they have children of their own. I don't give pictures to many people because of that reason, and another reason is that pictures are too expensive to be thrown away. If I have offended you, I appoligize, but society is so corrupt at this moment and people have to be open to change and voice their opinions.

Well for someone like me who lives far away from everyone it's awesome to see how much their kids have grown. We don't really share pictures because we all get caught up in our daily lives and the holidays are giving you just that. What's the difference if someone sends you a holiday card or a picture? After the holidays they still go in the trash...at least mine do.

I put a piece of tape behind each and hang everything up on the back of my front door. That way they're displayed, not taking over my fridge, and everyone can see the pictures if they so choose.

You could always say something to your friends about not sending you photos, but I personally would think that's kind of rude if you said that to me. If you don't like them, read them and then trash them. They're not taking up space and you're not hurting anyone's feelings.

Wow you seem like a "true friend". If you were a friend then you would understand the reason they sent it to you is because they care about you and believe you care about them.. If it offends you so, tell the "friend" please dont send the pictures because you arent a picture person or better yet show them this question, they will get the hint loud and clear!
BTW--- have you ever heard of a photo album and writing who the picture is on the back. Just a thought.

Well, look who's Mr/Ms Scrooge this year? lol. I do know what you mean though. I don't know what to do with them either and I sure would feel guilty about throwing them in the trash after I looked at them.. So I just end up putting them in a box.

I love it because I don't see my family and friends since I moved out of state.

It means they like and want to share with you in some way, only.

I ONLY send pics to my family members, who also have kids, or my closest friends. When I was single and childless, I hated receiving pics of a bunch of little rugrats. And, even now when I get them, I put all the pics in my son's room!!

Only my best friend sends me pics of her little one. I don't mind; she's a cutie, and I like to see her as she's growing.

I like to mess around with GIMP (photoshopish software) and switch their heads around and send it back to them. Stuff like that.
