This has been an issue for four years or more now...who is going to have Christmas on my side of the family. My sister has two kids and then there's her husband and my Mom. My Mom resides in a nursing home and is counting on one of us to have her over during the holidays. I'm planning on having her over Christmas Day and I'll cook a nice meal for her. This has got my sister really upset; however, she'll be having my Mom over the Sunday before and my husband, daughter, and I haven't been invited...probably due to smoke. I refuse to go to my sister's house since two CHAIN smokers live there. I crammed everyone into my apartment four years ago, cooked a big meal, and didn't even get one thank you. Last year, I did the same (again no thank you) and everyone dashed out the door after eating nearly all my food and opening gifts....they were only here an hour and a half and I had to let my Mother and brother-in-law back into the building (security locked) six times during that time so they

I am in a relationship and I am ready to get married mainly for the simple fact that I am tired of living in sin. We live together and have been living together for a few months. We both want to get married but want to make sure we are right for each other. I know its wrong to have sex before marriage on that same note I know we are supposed to abide by the laws of man. Technically we are "common law married" but I get so sad when I think about not being married because I know it is GODS will. Any suggestions on what I should do?

We broke up one week ago, she wants to be friends. says that we can be friends, start from the beginning, and take things slow. She doesn't want to see me right now bc she says i still have feelings and only when i can be her friend we can see each other..

We started out our relationship really fast from the gecko, three weeks of knowing each other and have been dating. for 2 months, until last week.

It is so hard to see her as a friend than a gf.

Well I've been with my boyfriend for 4 yrs and I love him alott! But our sex life isn't the best. I don't orgasm by sex... just by being touched and by receiving oral. My fiance and I got engaged in August of this year. We've been together for four years, so when we started planning, we decided on a wedding in October of 2009. Well, I for some reason wanted to bump it up because I didn't feel like waiting over two years.

I have just decided to go back to school. I'm 20 and he's 21, so we're both relatively young. I am getting a degree as a medical secretary.

Here's the thing: do you think its wise to push back the date to 2009 again so I can go to school and get a decent job, or do you think just keep planning the wedding for next year and just wait to go to school?

Nothing has been set in stone: no invitations, save the date cards, venues, photographers, etc. The only thing so far done is asking my bridesmaids to be a part of the big day.

We are paying for everything ourselves, and it can be a bit stressful trying to come up with nice things for our very small budget.

Any opinions?

Please help me.. I'm 21 yrs old, and have been with my boyfriend for 4 yrs. We don't/haven't lived together and had planned on getting an apartment as soon as I got a job. I'm Hispanic and he is too. Our parents are the traditional Mexicans that would prefer us get married through the church before moving in with each other. I love the idea of getting married- we had talked about getting married, and i know he's the one... but I'm tired of living with my parents and he is too. He's 23. Should we do the traditional way and marry then live, or go along with what's normal nowadays and live together - then plan a wedding. I know that financially - it'd be better to marry then start buying a house... cause if we get an apt, live together for 2 yrs or so.. then marry, --- idk? help...suggestion...

You know all the signs of when someone no longer loves you, you try with all your heart to just accept it and move on, but for some reason you just can't stop all your feelings and emotions. A long time has past since this relationship was over but I can't seem to get over it. I want to and in all honesty really wish I could hate the guy and have every right to. I have physical custody, we have joint legal custody of our two kids, ages 12 and 8. I live 7 hours away from where their dad lives. This makes normal arrangements difficult with school, work, etc. He has not seen them at all since July, and they have had many days off from school in order to visit with him, he puts forth no effort. He rarely returns calls the kids make to him, normally about one call for every 4 or 5 messages left by them. So,I have been calling regarding Holiday plans since November. I told him the kids had activities on the 21st, 22nd,and the Christmas Eve Play at Church that they wanted to be involved in, therefore, could we arrange something from the 26th of Dec through the 6th of Jan. After at least two weeks with no response we made our plans. He calls two days ago and says, he can only get time off 21-26, (LIE, I know he gets the next weekend off too) so my plans will not work. Now kids are sad and I feel stuck- cancel activities, or tell dad to work it out?

I don;t exactly remember when it was but it had to be between age 4-7. I never told my parents. I am now 31. My ex told me she didnt love me anymore after 2 years a month ago. Two weeks later she said she just didnt know who she was anymore, she felt lost and that she still had feelings but needed who knows how long to figure herself out.
