This has been an issue for four years or more now...who is going to have Christmas on my side of the family. My sister has two kids and then there's her husband and my Mom. My Mom resides in a nursing home and is counting on one of us to have her over during the holidays. I'm planning on having her over Christmas Day and I'll cook a nice meal for her. This has got my sister really upset; however, she'll be having my Mom over the Sunday before and my husband, daughter, and I haven't been invited...probably due to smoke. I refuse to go to my sister's house since two CHAIN smokers live there. I crammed everyone into my apartment four years ago, cooked a big meal, and didn't even get one thank you. Last year, I did the same (again no thank you) and everyone dashed out the door after eating nearly all my food and opening gifts....they were only here an hour and a half and I had to let my Mother and brother-in-law back into the building (security locked) six times during that time so they

could smoke. Then, they didn't even pick up their used butts and my on-site manager got on me about it. Where do we get together...my sister and family can't afford to go out to eat and I don't feel that I should have to rent a room somewhere for eight people. Help!
