I'll explain: I go out to a club wearing my best suit, showered, whole lot, and walk in thinking 'yeah tonight is the night I will be lucky with the ladies', and I try and act confident, but nothing happens. Then another day I get dragged out in my work clothes, I really don't want to be in the club and I'm not interested in anyone, and a woman comes up and talks to me etc.
It's as if people can tell that you're not interested and that seems to intrigue them, or what? Can anyone enlighten me in the ways of social interaction?

I think you look confident when you are not looking for girls more than when you are; because you have "nothing to lose". When you are looking for girls you feel the anxiety of a possible failure. And yes, when you are free from anxiety, you are normal and more genuine.
They say that people who look super neat, deep inside they desperately need confidence.

probably because you're trying too hard in the suit etc. If you walk into a club looking too overconfident its likely that girls wont want to talk to you. Try just being natural whenever you go out and not acting as though you're sure you're onto something it'll come across that way and people will be out off!

Because you we're acting more natural the 2nd time, maybe because you went out thinking "tonights the night" it made you look like you we're trying too hard????
Its the same whn your single. When your single you don't seem to get interest but as soon as you get a fella they flock around you!

Yes it's easy - if you're trying, you're probably trying too hard. When you don't try, you're more attractive because you're more genuine. If a woman can walk up to you when you're not trying, she can have a normal conversation and get to like you. But if she walks up to you when you're thinking tonight's your night - well to be honest, you probably come across as cocky at best. Simple.

Maybe because you were unknowingly giving off vibes that you were out to 'pull', whereas in your everyday clothes you were relaxed hadn't thought of being out on the pull, so you gave of a more relaxed vibe to the ladies and they warmed to you more and pereceived you as more approachable, becuase you were not flashing an 'im on the pull' sign subconsciously.

I seem to be in the same postions many times. That is the way it is. The moment when you a least expect it is when a girl or guy (in a girl's case) will come up to you not when u expect to hook up. nah it doesn't work like that.

It always happens when you least expect it. I'm the same I will go out on a spontaneous drink and hey presto I meet someone.

Women get that aswell. When I'm looking really rough and get picked up I just assume they're desperate or sick and twisted!

I don't like a guy that looks like he's trying too hard, they just look like they're on the pull, so maybe that's why

You're are more comfortable and laid back when you are not looking and, therefore, women are more likely to respond to you.
