okay
I have a good Christian family, good neighboor hood, ect and most ppl think i'm living well off except for i'm not.
my dad used to be a drunk and went to jail for it, then he stopped and i just found out that he secretly started again, dad thinks mom is having affair but nobody knows for sure, parents r undecided about divorce and both ask me and my 6 year old sister if we want them to break up or not, we're broke and in HUGE debt and no money but parents spend ruthlessly, and it's AWFUL. we all try to cover it up from everybody but i always feel like my life is a big fat LIE which it kind of is. I really need something in my life thatll help me forget my problems like u know in books and movies how ppl sneak out of their houses and go make out with guys (ya i know i'm only 14) or a boyfriend or idk just something exciting that will make me actually look forward to life unlike how i get up every morning and wish i were dead. i kno, im desperate & its sad i hafta go online for this

im stationed in S.Korea, my girls in N. Carolina. i called her yesterday and asked her how her day went. she gives me the details and then mentions that this guy from work came over and spent the afternoon at our house with her...alone. then he leaves and two of her friends come over and eventually leave, and in the evening the guy comes back just to tell her goodnight and spends a few more hours with her...alone. i went off on her cause this isnt the first time this subject has been addressed with her. she says "im an adult and ill make adult decisions, im not going to do anything wrong, dont you trust me?"......ok...i replied with, "yes, i trust that you wont do anything wrong, but what you have to think about is not just, "i know im not going to do anything so its cool," but also you have to think about how having a guy alone at our house throughout the afternoon and again in the evening is disrespecting/disreguarding MY feelings. i also explained that, utlimatley (see below)

I want to prove to my boyfriend I have something to offer, and he keeps telling me my personality is the best. Yes i know personality counts and everything but every guy has to like something on the outside. I asked him what on the outside and he was like "oh your ***"... typical.
But really. What do guys find attractive or a turn on.

Guys answers would be nice.

My husband has a "friend" who things are crossing some lines...he swears no cheating has occured. But when asked if he wanted to sleep with her he said "Yes, the desire is there but I can't because we're married".

Its the most painful thing he's ever said to me. I tried to be nice until last night he invited her to come over for dinner with the option of sleeping over & when she couldn't show he invited her to go with us to a rec center today. I lost it.

I told him flat out I'm tired of being nice & I didn't want him around this girl period. He got pissed & when on about how I'm over reacting & just dont like it when he meets new people. I said thats it its her or its me choose right now. He said I'm not going choose she's my friend & he stormed out. My toddler wokeup later crying for him & he refused to answer my calls. I called his unit desk & had them find him I told him his kid needed him he said "what do you want me to do I want to do my own thing"

That was 3hrs ago...

Im from Bolivia and i met a guy from australia 5 months ago, he came to live with me and my family during 2 months, during that time he didnt pay a penny for anything, was giving everything to him (food, electricity, a car, everything!). After those 2 months he leave, and i found out i was pregnant, he promise me marriage, that we will sort it out either me going to australia or he moving in my country. With the time was more and more difficult find him to talk about the situation and now im 4 months pregnant and desperate about what to do. Im planning to to australia, and give birth there, because everything is a mess in my country, I do think will be the best for the baby. My questions are.. If i can give birth there without having troubles because im planning to go with a tourist visa. And if i get some support from any institution in legal advice to get to my baby the last name of the father, and get with it Child support, because i will be single mother. please help.

No, live in Australia, get the citizenchip, is nothing that i have in mind, i just want to get what is fair for the baby, and after that come back to my country, the child has the right to decide in the future where to live or not. Based on that is why im need of help

I have been in a relationship for 2 years. We have a daughter & I am currently 8mths pregnant. When we met he had someone else pregnant and this woman put us through term oil; filing false retraining orders, stalking us and making threats. He has not had any contact with her or the child for the past 2 years & just a few months ago it started bothering him because the daughter he has with her was not apart of his life & that was only because of this womans physocatic ways. I recently went over our cell phone bill; & what do you know her # is on there begining Oct 18, 2007 the day I went to court against her for a new restraining order. I confronted him with it & he states he was afraid to tell me that he has had contact w/her because of my reactions. I am hurt because we agreed that the 1st step of dealing w/her would be a decision made together. He even went as far as having his restraining order against her dismissed & her vice versa w/out telling me. What do I do?

here's our family situation:

FIANCE:
-doesn't get along so great with his parents and sister and doesn't want them super involved with wedding plans or his life either...
-family consists of his mother, father, sister, brother, brother's wife, grandmother and step-grandmother...

ME:
-dad passed away...
-never met my mom, but she recently contacted me and lives in another state...
-don't get along with cousins and one aunt that well, but would still invite them...
-grandmother doesn't believe in "the institution of marriage" and probably won't be super happy about me wasting perfectly good money on a wedding...
-family consists of: my grandma, step-mother (who i'm not all that close with), two little sisters (which i am very close with), aunt and boyfriend, aunt and uncle, two cousins (female, 17 yrs old and 29 yrs old)...

Given all of the information above, is it worth it for us to have a wedding or should we just elope?? It doesn't matter to us either way...

there's this girl, whom I have been there for her thick and thin. I only been talkin to her for a month....and when I say thick and thin, I MEAN THICK AND THIN....in less than a month she has been to the hospital to have surgery, i stayed by her side the whole night, and only slept 3 hours the whole night. When ever she needed me, I was there for her, I treated her with the respect ne woman desearves, was a complete gentlman to her, and even when she was evicted from her moms home, had no where to go, I offered my helping hand to her ( she refsd), I helped her in the middle of the night to move her things from her moms house to her grandmom's....Let me tell you, her mother loves me! her brother is real cool with me, and her son likes me....whats confusing is that early in our "talking" she was the one talking about becoming serious, etc. she initiated intimacy between us (no sex), etc. But now, recently she didnt want me to even touch her...she even hugged differently.

Ok here is the story. I just found out my husband of five years cheated on me eight years ago while we were dating. He was 18 at the time, said it lasted only a month and he told her he had to stop cause he was in love with someone else (me). I know the girl and knows that she hated him and now I know why. It was a year and a half after we has started dating. I know it was eight years ago but I still feel so betrayed. He is a good father and husband and we are very happy and have a three year old and have been trying to have another child. I have already forgiven him but I dont know how to forget. I can't seem to get it out of my mind. What can I do?

It is usually around about 1 am or something like that. The only reason I know is because once me and my little brother heard something like squeaking and pounding coming from upstairs and like I found out that way! they were on the bed and i could hear noises and stuff. I was stunned and disturbed, because it was so loud and they don't even care if we hear or not. my little brother is 5. but now they do it all the time and im getting aggrevated to the point where I want them to know that I know what they are doing.

Is this a good idea? what is the best way to do it? I want to somehow say something like "oh my God"while they are doing it. Its kind of weird for me because my mom is working on a divorce with my dad. Well anyway any advice for me? I'm 15 by the way....

I have read about controlling men on a website and my bf has alot of those characteristics,i feel like i'm being controlled without even realising it.

I constantly carry phone with me and always check incase he calls, because he questions why i dont pick phone up.
He told me not to wear sexy tops unless i'm with him.
He get easily offended by slightest criticism.
He has attached to me quick and wants to live with and marry me,i heard abusive guys have quick involvement.
He makes me feel uneasy when he goes quiet.
He pushed me up stairs in a jokey way but i didnt like it.
He got angry when i talked about a guy friend.

Am i being paranoid or is something not right with him?

someone who doesn't like or care about your family?? And encouraged you to have less communication with them?? And talked poorly against them to you. This is assuming, of course, that you do like and care for your family!!

Married 26yrs but have not always lived together. My husband turned 60 in June. In July we had discussed living together again. We were dating on a regular basis and were still intimate. This anniversary is the 1st one we have not spent the day together. 2 weeks later he told me he met someone. "It just happened". Helpful ideas for saving this relationship would be appreciated.

My fiance (we've been together over 7 years) and I just moved into our first house this year and I was looking forward to having all the family over for the holidays... However, some things happened during the year that caused a lot of drama and heartache, and now my fiance doesn't want his parents or sister to come over for the holidays... In fact, he doesn't even want to see them for the holidays...

Some things that happened:
-we bought his mom & dad (expensive!!) wedding bands for their 25th anniversary, which they turned around a pawned just a few weeks later so they could buy cigarettes and crap that they wanted more i guess...
-my fiance's sister has started numerous fights with me... out of nowhere, she just gets in a bad mood and starts rehashing stuff from every other fight we've ever been in...
-my fiance's mother and my fiance's brother's wife got into some disagreements when they were living together and my fiance's sister-in-law claims that if they come over for
