yes i have met a number of people face to face that i met online --- in fact they hold regular get togethers at least they did --- its been over a year now ---- and in all seriousness how is meeting someone from online any more dangerous than meeting someone in a bar/pub/club??? ---- you meet for a coffee in public first time and if all goes well you meet again in public for a meal or some other social event --- you have a pretty good idea of the person's character and if it is agreeable you meet again --- better than being drugged in a bar ---- for teenagers yes there is a danger but then their parents should be able to control the situation --- i speak as a parent of 3 grown children divorced who has met an exceptional lady onlie (after the marriage breakup i will add) ---- best wishes
