Talk to her and try to be friends with her. Three years is not an extraordinary difference in age. And for the previous repliers who said "that's illegal", it's NOT illegal for a 15 year old boy to be friends with an 18 year old girl.

stop liking her, thats awkward, she'll probably feel awkward with a guy 3 years younger than her, also she's 18, she's going to start off her career, her life, go to college. really there's no chance. She really needs to focus on her education, do u really want to take that away from her? Even if she did like you back, how would that work? You'd be in high school and her in college.
Find a girl your own age.

try to get over it and find a girl your age...or you can be like ashton and demi or something, haha...but if you really like her tell her how you feel and get it over with. If she likes you back, well and good but if she doesn't, then get over it.
