Im from Bolivia and i met a guy from australia 5 months ago, he came to live with me and my family during 2 months, during that time he didnt pay a penny for anything, was giving everything to him (food, electricity, a car, everything!). After those 2 months he leave, and i found out i was pregnant, he promise me marriage, that we will sort it out either me going to australia or he moving in my country. With the time was more and more difficult find him to talk about the situation and now im 4 months pregnant and desperate about what to do. Im planning to to australia, and give birth there, because everything is a mess in my country, I do think will be the best for the baby. My questions are.. If i can give birth there without having troubles because im planning to go with a tourist visa. And if i get some support from any institution in legal advice to get to my baby the last name of the father, and get with it Child support, because i will be single mother. please help.

I'm sorry this happened to you but, the one thing I think may be a little difficult is finding him so that he can pay child support. If you know where he lives just get all the information you can about him try your best the more info the better. And as far as i know you do not have to have the baby carry his lastname in order to file for child support once the baby is born. The baby may have to go through a DNA test as will the father. But, the name you don't have to have right away or in order to get child support. Just be able to prove it's his baby and know how the child support enforcement agency can find him.

Spend time together with her, invite her to do something relaxing with you, yet till now each thing it's going to be informal and friendly. Flirting each as quickly as and a jointly as isn't undesirable the two, do exactly no longer lay it on too thick to make her sense uncomfortable. whilst she likes you back, you are able to in many circumstances tell by ability of if she seems into your eyes whilst she talks to you, or if she seems gentle being on the edge of you. pay interest to physique language and beware for signs and warning signs of defensiveness like folding her palms, it ability that she's putting a barrier between her and your self and that's ultimate to no longer make an drastic strikes at that element. maximum of all, you do no longer desire to injury your friendship if something is going incorrect. preserving your friendship intact is somewhat substantial, so do no longer do something that would desire to injure it in any way. Play it friendly, then once you get your danger, attempt to ask her out.

I think you can give the baby any last name you choose. But this will not affect the father's child support obligations. Personally, I think it would be better for the baby to have your last name because the child will live with you, not the father. But it's your choice.

Stay with your family in your own country and raise your child. This guy is a loser, forget him.
