Get a lawyer. And if youve been married that long you should have the right to half of the property only if that was set during the begging of the marriage it all depends on who is the main job. Best bet is to go to court and plead for Half of the propertie. If you don't do that you will get screwed cause there is a law that if they hold your property long enough they own it I think its called avasive controll. Get a lawyer and thell tell everything you need. Make sure to set a courtship.

Stop putting effort in getting the upper hand. The most important thing is being a excellent mother to your children.

Stop doing whatever it was you did to lose it all. It's really hard for a mother to not get the house, the kids, etc. IF you lost all of it then there is probably something you are failing to mention.

why does it have to be about getting the upper hand. obviously a court ruled that way for a reson. you should try being civil and maybe things will woprk out better for you. plus usually the one who gets the kids gets the house because the kids need a place to live.

courts dont take children away from the mother unless there is a REALLY good reason.
court didnt care that my fiances ex
lived in a leaky tralior with no phone,no car,no job
none of that mattered
he didnt get custody of his son
untill she flat out said
"i dont want to be a mother"
courts dont take custody from a mother unless they feel you are a threat to that child

It is really unusual for the man to get everything unless the woman is really unfit as a mother. You must have done something really bad, yes?

if he's got it, then it's too late. Something's very questionable if he got the kids? You can always fight to regain the kids, but i don't think you can overturn the judges decision on the rest. You'll need a reeealy good lawyer, which means some big bucks.

If it was as easy as asking a question on Yahoo then people wouldn't waste years, money and anguish on lawyers, court cases and interventions.
You aren't going to find any helpful advice here.
