um well she says that she don't like him no more but i think she does.

he's a jerk who doesn't like her and he's getting off on humiliating her publically.
If she has great self esteem, and she's confident that she doesn't like him anymore, then she can fake a happy comeback "Oh, thank you! I love you too!" or "see, it's true, the more they pick on you, the more they like you. Oh, I guess you really love me." Then happily and blissfully ignore him.
Trying to insult him back won't work.
when I was about 13, one of the guys would pick at me and do his best to make me cry in front of the other kids. One day he said about me in a very loud voice for everyone to hear, "She's so in love with me." I wasn't, I hated him...I made my best bored face and said "Ha! you wish!" His face turned red, he was speechless, and never bothered me again--of course I guess that might have meant he really did like me....

I'm trying to pretend that I understand the point of this question.. I think I have an answer:
It's none of your buisness if your friend is heartbroken because some jerk is accusing her of being bisexual, and you should be there and try to help her. She's probably in denial, and hurting a lot. It's really sad that that guy was so mean. :(

He is really a jerk. He just doesn't like her, but he's not showing it in a good way. I'm sorry for your friend. Tell her she needs a new guy.
