It is usually around about 1 am or something like that. The only reason I know is because once me and my little brother heard something like squeaking and pounding coming from upstairs and like I found out that way! they were on the bed and i could hear noises and stuff. I was stunned and disturbed, because it was so loud and they don't even care if we hear or not. my little brother is 5. but now they do it all the time and im getting aggrevated to the point where I want them to know that I know what they are doing.

Is this a good idea? what is the best way to do it? I want to somehow say something like "oh my God"while they are doing it. Its kind of weird for me because my mom is working on a divorce with my dad. Well anyway any advice for me? I'm 15 by the way....

Just let her know that you can hear what's going on. Maybe she doesn't know that they are being loud. Also let her know that this is really difficult for both you and your brother to deal with since she is divorcing your dad. Let her know that it's kinda a lot for you guys to deal with all at the same time so if she could keep it down it might help things.

Something kids often don't understand is that parents have needs too. I understand how it can be difficult for you, but at one in the morning, your mother is probably not expecting her 5 year old to be awake. My sons are now 18 and one even lives with his girlfriend and they share a beds with their girls when they are at my house. But they think I shouldn't even date or bring a guy home. It's weird for all kids to think of their parents being involved with someone.

ok wen in the morning she's havin coffee or watever ....talk to her calmly....tell her....."mom...i m 15 and i heard some noise last nite from ur bedroom......even andrew (ur brother) woke up....... so can u keep it down a little bit"

u have to do this calmly wen she is in a good mood....
to improve her mood...take out the trash, mow the lawn....etc. but do it softly and calmly

man, I've been there. If the noise really bothers you, talk privately with your mom and let her know that you can hear her. I also recommend buying yourself some ear plugs.

no one, regardless of their age, wants to know about their parents (or grandparents--please don't ask how I know, eeewwww) sex life.

Try to sit down and tell her calmly, face to face Tell her that you and your brother have heard the sounds and that you feel uncomfortable with the situation. Good luck!

I guess you go to court and speak to the judge and tell the scenario.

You and your brother need to be in a healthy environment and your mother cannot provide that. Will your dad like to take custody of you and your brother? Speak to him.
