It's a sick love triangle.
In the past, there was very brief sexual with boy (we'll cal him nick) and girl 1 (we'll call her sally). She claimed to be changed forever. Orgasming 20 times in one night. No joke. Later, boy falls in love her best friend (we'll call her Beth).
Beth isn't mad about the past sexual relations, for there was no emotional connection between them... at least from Nick's side... But she doesn't want Nick and Sally to be alone together.
Sally then come clean and says she's in love with Nick. She has lost her sexual drive do to him, because she doesn't think anyone can match up. Sally tells Beth that she's over Nick, and says she understands why they can't be alone together, but then get upset with Nick for "abandoning" their friendship, and says she's still in love with him.
Beth doesn't know what to do. Sally is her best friend, but she's isn't telling her the truth.
Nick is catch in the middle somewhere... What to do, oh, what to do?

I've been with my boyfriend for just over a month, and to be blunt, i'm bored! We go to school together (I'm doing A-Levels and he's doing GCSE's) and although i like him in school, i don't like him out of school, i don't like his clothes, the way he does his hair (the list goes on) and although i like him, i'm not over the guy i had an affair with (around september time)

What I mean is, supposing you put all you had into making a relationship work, and you had no reason to believe your partner was unhappy, then suddenly she got up and left.
Then went to another country, asked you to come then asked you not to, then played this game for a long time, eventually telling you she still loves you but will never come back with you.
Then tells you that she slept with someone else, days after telling you that she wanted to come back with you.

I mean I certainly feel I am owed an explanation, especially as she has never displayed this kind of behaviour before, but does she morally owe me an explanation?

my parents started using many years ago. dad when he was 11, mom 7 years ago. they drive all over the road, abuse me, yet they treat my brother like he is the richest person n the world. im 16 and i have a 92 GPA, im 1st chair n band, i have a job, but my parents act like im worthless. i have band practice from 4:30 2 9:30 on mon & thurs and games on fridays and competitions on saturdays, n i work the rest of the time.. my parents say that i dont do anything 2 make them proud, i have add and im not allowed 2 take medicine 2 help it, im not sayin that i want 2 b on them all the time but i just need help on test days n stuff, i dont have time at home to clean the cat litter box, do the trash, recycles, do the dishes, and vacume everyday but i get yelled @ if i dont i wake up @ 530 2 get ready 4 skool, dont get home till 10 thats wen i do hw, and i have no car but a license bc my parents wont let me drive but they complain that they need 2 drive me 2 work!!! WHAT DO I DO? btw i can spell

my best friend has been upset lately because she found out her boyfriend and the father of their 4 children, called his ex. what happened was my best friend called his ex to ask her to stop calling him because that was disrespectful to her and her kids. well, they got into a heated argument and my friend cursed her out basically. so about 2 weeks later, her man calls the ex to apologize...isn't that wrong of him to do that or does he still have feelings for his ex? my friend is really hurt by it...

My ex and I had about the worst break-up imaginable (about a month and a half ago). We're both law students who made the poor choice of arguing outside. Someone called campus police because we were so loud, and we both had to sign agreements promising the Dean we won't speak to each other for a year. Most of my "friends" sided with my ex, so now I find myself with a new group of friends and no boyfriend (I had thought my ex and I would get married - we'd looked at rings, etc.). Looking back on everything, I realize that it's for the best that we're apart (we argued a lot, and we're both incredibly stubborn. Not to mention, I was never quite sure if he had been completely faithful). But, I still miss him. I find myself missing him a lot and counting down the days until I can talk to him again. Is it normal to still feel this way? How can I help myself move on from this lost love?

I proper like this boy. And i thought he liked me back. He'd speak to me all the time and meet me every weekend (we go to different schools) He was obviously flirting with me and saturday night we flirted all night. Then my friend (a guy) was texting me just seeing what i was doing. He asked who and i told him and he seemed fine. But then about half an hour later he was looking at pictures of his ex saying she was fit and texting her!
Should i be upset? Or am i just overreacting??

Okay, so I asked this question a minute ago and I recieved some responses... Yes, I know it is an immature way of think. I am only 23 and have never been with a guy with children. One major issue with this, is we had been dating for 4 months before he even mentioned them. I had no idea he had kids. This came as shock to me and it's not that I hate the children themselves. It's that I hate the thought of them being his. I hate hearing him talk about about them and I hate to see him with them. If we weren't so compatible together, I would have left a long long time ago. I guess my real question should have been, How do I get over the hate in my heart for him having children or is that even possible?

Tell me if you think this is "BS" or Not....do guys really need time to heal. I like this guy. Instead of telling him right off, i told his roommate (to see what the deal really was. (the roommate said this below)

ok. i live in new york and we are planning our wedding. we were looking at a few catering halls but the price is ridiculously high. we agreed that we were not going to spend $20,000 dollars in a hall for one day but we still want a reception.
so what we are going to do is rent a hall we've been to a few and they are beautiful and they only cost around $2,000 dollars then hire a rental place to decorate the hall for us which is about $1,000 dollars. then have a caterer. My question is i would love to have a sit down dinner instead of a buffet and i don't know if caterers do that. My fiance is a chef and he tells me that when they do catering they only do the sit-down if the party is in the restaurant if not then they send a few waiters to give the food but as a buffet. i'm going to be looking around this week but i just wanted some input if it can be done that way.
