well im my opion i HATE clingy guys
yes its possible for that
but hey wouldnt u rather have a rly guy
than a rly mean guy.
so hey just go with it.
if it starts to REALLY annoy you
then maybe hes not for you.

Why is it we can't handle the nice ones? It's weird that most have trouble with people who are too nice but its normal to feel that way. So many people have problems with it because we don't trust it or we are not use to it. Enjoy it and expect it from others there are plenty of nice people out there.

The operative word here is "too". If he is making you feel uncomfortable then, the answer is yes and it is not weird. There are people who are too clingy and too nice. That sometimes translates into desperation or lack of self-esteem.
Discuss with him.

Its bad, but I don't mind the clingyness too much as long
he is very respectful and kind.
