It's a sick love triangle.
In the past, there was very brief sexual with boy (we'll cal him nick) and girl 1 (we'll call her sally). She claimed to be changed forever. Orgasming 20 times in one night. No joke. Later, boy falls in love her best friend (we'll call her Beth).
Beth isn't mad about the past sexual relations, for there was no emotional connection between them... at least from Nick's side... But she doesn't want Nick and Sally to be alone together.
Sally then come clean and says she's in love with Nick. She has lost her sexual drive do to him, because she doesn't think anyone can match up. Sally tells Beth that she's over Nick, and says she understands why they can't be alone together, but then get upset with Nick for "abandoning" their friendship, and says she's still in love with him.
Beth doesn't know what to do. Sally is her best friend, but she's isn't telling her the truth.
Nick is catch in the middle somewhere... What to do, oh, what to do?

There was never romantic feelings for Sally from Nick.
He isn't playing Beth, in fact, they've been dating for long enough, he'll probably pop the question within the year.
Beth loves her best friend, but is tired of the drama.

Again, Nick has zero romantic feelings for Sally.
He didn't know she had romantic feelings for him at the time.
Nick has been dating Beth for a very long time, and a breakup is not an option.
And a threesome? Are you serious? Nick is more mature than that. He's not a pervert. He is seriously in love with Beth.

This is not a sick love triangle. No one in this trio loves one another. All of it is infatuation. Sally ran her mouth to Beth about Nick. Beth wanted to try what Sally had, and took it. Nick is just a typical user. He slept with Sally, got her sprung, then started messing around with Beth. The ultimate disrespect. Yet Beth thinks that Nick won't do it back to her. She need to head the words, "The same way you got them is the same way you will lose them." She can't keep tabs on him every minute of every hour.
The best thing for all of them to do is leave Nick the D*** alone. Beth and Sally should not deal with each other as well. There is no trust between them anymore.

Beth should know that it is natural for Sally to compete for Nick.
Nick should encourage the competition, and who knows, a threesome may ensue. In which case Nick should be very, very happy.
Nick cant ignore both girls, but both girls are hot for Nick, so Nick should let them decide.
Nick is like the fulcrum and Beth and Sally are like the two forces. Nick cant affect their decisions because it is their choice. If Nick loves either of the girls, he should steer clear of the entire thing (Nick shouldnt touch it with a twenty foot pole, although that is probably an exaggeration of Nicks size, if not, then it should be a thirty foort pole...).
Nick should tell this to both girls at the same time:
"At risk of damaging your friendship and hurting one of you irreparably, you must decide this amongst yourselves."
After that, Nick should suggest a game that benefits him sexually/emotionally.
Give my regards to Nick. Whoever he is.

Nick needs to make a decision on what he wants. If Beth can't handle Sally being in Nick's life even as an ex-partner, Nick needs to just move on as friends of them both and avoid a collision. That's as simple as it gets.

What a drama! Nick should go meet girl 3 (let's call her Amy)
If Nick has true feelings for either girl, he should go after that girl. The other girl will have to move on. Unless you all want to move out west and start some polygamist commune. That could be fun!

you could tell her the truth and ask her to promise
you, that your name never come up.
see if she will agree not to betray you if you provide
her that information, and if she is trustworthy and will
keep her word tell her.
