My husband asked me to yesterday, and I said that was silly-it´s not a costume, but now I´m thinking of doing it to see his reaction.

My husband and I will be cooking our turkey ourselves and all the other trimmings and just staying home this year. I remember all the good Thanksgiving dinners my parents had. My parents are gone now and I still miss those dinners my sister and I use to have with our families and friends. My sister and I don't talk anymore as things just aren't the same with Mom and Dad gone. We both live in different states now. Thank God for the good memories.

hey,

well i just started college, im currently trying to earn a degree in computer science. i don't mind the program, but im very concerned about it socially.

for one the guy to girl ratio is like 50:1, and i don't know, part of me wants to go into a different program to meet more people(well, girls to be specific). ive heard that you eventually become best friends with the people in your program, and I just can't see that happening. not to try and sound judgemental but they make the most corny jokes and find it funny, and im more of the kind to party and stuff while most of the guys in this program enjoy playing chess and such.

now don't get me wrong, i'm not going to put my career at risk because if i earn a degree with computers im almost guarenteed to earn good money, but i don't want to miss out socially and hinder meeting girls...am i thinking like a 14 year old or do i have something here.

texts him first, I know he loves his job and is busy but I always find time to text him-busy or not, yet if I go out of a weekend shopping or something bam give it a few hours he texts me to tell me he misses me, am I being silly?

He always tells me he loves me and he's missed me when I get home even if we don't text, just miss him. What's the best way to keep busy, I don't want to forget him during the day but don't wanna overthink

My boyfriend has been looking for job for over 4 months now , he has qualification in IT and he just want to work in IT and not just any job.So far i don't mind with that , but at the moment while he is not working ,he try to save money as well for holiday next year and he stay at home most of the time instead of hanging out with me in order to save money. My best friend Max has recently told me he has hated me since 2 weeks after he met me. (September of 06) We were inseparable pretty much ever since we met. he knows that I like him and has known for a while and didn't seem to really care. Hi. I am a mother of 3 small children, 5,3,&1. My husband has been in a prison camp for the past 13 months. We went to visit him last Christmas, which was my one year olds first. I want to keep the children at home this year and let them enjoy a normal Christmas with familiy. Am I wrong to not want my children to spend another Christmas in a prison camp. We visited him again in June of this year, he will be home in March 08. P.s. His crime was nothing bad like drugs or anything, he is a really good man. His charges are from a civil lawsuit. Am I being selfish, my husband says it's ok to stay home for Christmas but I am really torn. Please help....

My wife of 1 year and I had a party to show off the house we just purchased. About 20 people were there and drinks for flowing. I'm not much of a drinker but my wife kept making me do shots. A few hours later, she comes up to the bedroom and finds me in bed with one of her friends. I told her I was so drunk, I forgot I was married. The party kind of went down hill from that point. I feel her forcing me to drink caused the situation and she should take full responsibility.

She's an honor student, wise, responsible, a good heart, even volunteered for social activities. Sure a great girl. Unfortunately she has an extremely strong resentment towards us and at home she's like a stranger. Avoid talking, avoid sharing her life with us, never askes for out advice, unles when there's no other choice. When she got in the honor rolll she didn't tell us. She got resentfil because 2 years ago she went through a crazy phase, did some bad stuff, git disrespctful, joined bad crowds, was somewhat mean to her lil sister. We had to be hard on her and unfortunately it took some time for her to straighten up. When she finally decided to changed she apologized for her mistakes but siad we had been to harsh and hadn't acted as living parents. Anyway she asked for out trust and since she didnt get it it immediately but had to earn it bach she got in despair. She proved to be trustworthy and now makes us proud, but is a stranger. Shoould we do something or just accept this?

My relationship was hard since the beginning. He only like skinny girls, and a year ago my weight was 160 pounds, Now, I'm 130 pounds. Some of his friends were telling him all the time that he deserve something better than me. We improve. He was very hurt in the past and now does not want to have kids at all. He told me, he will never have kids with me. Now one of his sons (8 years old) knows about him, and that make my boyfriend believe that he will never want to be a father again, and he already have the sons he wanted to have
We are living in Costa Rica, and my boyfriend is from Colorado, also the 2 kids are living there.
He is going to start having contact with him over the phone, and has the idea of bring him to Costa Rica and help him to raise him. I’m not sure if I want to do that., I’m 32 years old, and I’m not a mother yet., but I don’t want to take that responsibility on my shoulders either. I believe that will ad more issues to our relationship. Any ideas?

My partner has just be assigned a new job in Birmingham and we currently live in Leeds so quite a distance, therefore, he is planning to stay down there and we would only see eachother every weekend. We have been together 5 years and 4 of those we have never been apart. My mom is still in the hospital recovering from having had a blood clot removed from her brain.
She is doing so much better but still cannot walk on her own.
My husband wants us to go and celebrate thanksgiving at his parents home but all i want to do is stay home because there is no way i can make it to the hospital today to see my mom. (I visited her last night)

Would you go to someone else's home or just stay home?

he never initiates hugging, he doesn't snuggle anymore, etc. In addition, he says he has zero sex drive right now, but always looks at porn when i'm not around. His libido has been low since his surgery, but that was 2 yrs ago. i keep telling him to leave if he's not into me, but he says he loves me. Other guys stare me down, so i don't think i'm horrible to be with. Furthermore, i am super nice to him and we have fun together. We've been together 5 years. The first 3 yrs he was very affectionate/active w me. He has an ostomy, but is very comfortable w it otherwise, ie, walking around naked, etc. What's the deal?
