he never initiates hugging, he doesn't snuggle anymore, etc. In addition, he says he has zero sex drive right now, but always looks at porn when i'm not around. His libido has been low since his surgery, but that was 2 yrs ago. i keep telling him to leave if he's not into me, but he says he loves me. Other guys stare me down, so i don't think i'm horrible to be with. Furthermore, i am super nice to him and we have fun together. We've been together 5 years. The first 3 yrs he was very affectionate/active w me. He has an ostomy, but is very comfortable w it otherwise, ie, walking around naked, etc. What's the deal?

i let him know that i am very attracted to him all the time.. and i've tried to add a little extra spice to the mix already w little result.

we've talked about it a thousand times. He just denies his behavior or says he doesn't know why this is happening.

so what if it is the wrong section.
Look, you need to talk to him. If he doesn't look you straight in the eyes when he is telling you he ain't cheating you may not know for sure if he is telling the truth. If it isn't that then maybe something is bugging him. Just talk to him but don't go to into depth about everything.
Oh and one more thing. Are you guys married?If so then maybe that is why. Some couples get bored when they become married.
