There is this girl, who I have liked for a long time. She is the sweetest, most beautiful girl I've ever known. I think she's simply amazing!

Over the past few months, our eyes have met many times in class, and we exchange pleasantries whenever we meet each other. She even made me a Happy Birthday card for my birthday. With all this, however, she was going out with another guy, so I didn't, and still don't, really know if she likes me as more than a friend. She knows I like her, though; I never told her but trying to conceal my feelings for her was/is impossible. Anyway, she just recently broke up with her boyfriend. I've been talking to her best friend, and she said that she would would go out on a date with me. So in your opinion, does this girl like me as more than a friend? Or is this just a sympathy date because she knows I like her? If she wasn't so nice, I would be sure she likes me, but I just don't know. Any opinions?

There have been people up in my area who have been getting engaged for YEARS. I know at least 4 women between 20 and 24 who have been engaged for at least 3 years.

What is your opinion on this? Is it a fad? Do you think couples like this have a chance? What is the purpose of having such a long engagement?

Ok first off my wedding is jewel theme. Jade, Pink, and blue because my hubby to be is wearing his army dress blues. what colors of flowers would look the best and what kind? I don't want large or very extravagant. maybe 5 flowers for the bridesmaids and up to 10 for mine. Also, what kind of decorations would look best with those colors? Is it normal to get tons of anxiety while trying to plan the wedding? And last question (i think) is why is it people do not like davids bridal? I ordered my wedding gown from them on sunday and they seem wonderful so far??? Thanks everyone!

Right ok i live in a pub left school four years ok and i joined myspace anyway my old school friend contacted me and anyway it was great at first but now im always having her to ring her everytime i ring her she says can i ring back and she came over to see me the other day and i lent her £30 and ive still not had it back she said i would but nearly everytime i ring her shes says can u ring back in 5 mins or 20 mins or 1 hour its really annoying everyone says i should'nt talk to her but is that abit harsh?

I called him and told him i needed to talk to him..
I told him not to get mad that it was about a guy that was asking me for my number...i didnt even finish telling him and he got mad..so i got mad and i didnt even finish telling him..for the first time i was trying to be honest and tell him that a guy ask me for my number and that he was flirting with me.Why couldnt he just reacted normal i didnt gave him my number, but i didnt finish telling him because he got mad...so then i told him to leave me alone,he pushed me really hard i felt bad and i didnt talk to him i was ignoring him because it hurt that he pushed me..Then later on he grab me by my shirt and pulled me towards him really ugly i thought he was going to hit me but he just threw me .. Then we started arguing and i told him to leave that i didnt want to see him and he told me i didnt know him yet that he will kill me if he had too..i dont know if he really mean it but i dont like what he said..

as we all know, thanksgiving is tomorrow, but i just got in a really bad fight with my mom. I tried to use Yahoo Answers to get ideas for a project i have to do (I have to make a model of just about anything i want), but i cant find an idea. my mom thought i was cheating and flipped. i told her i just wanted ideas and she thought that i was getting them from "high school dropouts who intend to have you try to drop out (i go to a really good school, which she holds in really high regard and would probably disown me if i got kicked out...)." Although i know i should probably make up with her cause, one tomorrow's thanksgiving and i should be counting my blessings instead of fuming, and two, she's my mom and although we have fights i should forgive her, but i can't bring myself to cause, well we had a fight... what should i do? and i guess i could use some ideas for my project, if you don't mind... the only rule is it has to relate to western civ and it has to be made of stuff < $100...

Me and my partner were with each other for 7yrs, we have 5 kids together, We werent getting on for a while becos of his moodchanges.. I was walking on egg shells all the time, and i was finding myself rushing home if i was gone out for more than an hour, I was pure miserable so i finished it. Over the last few months i told him over and over that i wasnt going to put up with it for much longer...and he would snap out of it for a couple of days, but when i finished it, i told him that it was his own fault and that he had plenty of oppertunitys to change...He then just turned on me roaring that i was a rotten mother that my kids were neglected(not a bit true, I live for my kids)..and that out of all the mistakes in his life Im the worst, He called me an ugly hag with ugly stretch marks and that knowbody would go near me...How do i get past those comments?? Im so hurt, How could a man speak bout the mother of his kids like that? I feel sick thinking about it...Plz help??

I usually find that most drop dead gorgeous women date men who are average looking, less than average looking, and alot of the time unattractive. I also came to learn that most of those women had very low self-esteem! Is low-self esteem the reason behind this epidemic or is it something else?

I really liked this guy =[.

He flirted with me every day. In class he stared right at me and smiled. He tried to hold my hand and he layed his hand on my side. Well,,basicially he flirted ALOT. And I really started to like him. So I told my friend that I like him. So she wrote him a note and said I KNOW SOMEONE THAT LIKES YOU. And she told him it was me. And then she asked him if he liked me. Situation 1: As my boss and I are sitting side by side at his desk(he was tutoring me french), he takes my hand into his and holds it with both of his, then with one hand ,then with both again, gently massaging it, as we're going over the lesson. WTF? After about 5 minutes he asks if it's a problem or not a problem...so I nicely asked to have my hand back and he "gave" it back. We continued with the lesson. What was he really doing and whyyy?

Situation 2: I arrived to work late by 1/2 hour, which wasn't my fault at all. So i told him(the boss)when he showed up later in the morning. I started to explain what happened, but he just smiled and went "aww..it's okay", followed by a hug. I didn't really need it. When he hugged it was a reeeaally long one and he wasn't patting my back or anything, just "holding" me. The hug stopped and we exchange small talk for a minute. When I paused, he comes back and does another hug, for a reeeaaly long time. What do you think that was about?

im 5'6", 36 C chest, 29" waist, 36" hips. i dont have thighs that dont touch, but they arent too big either. i like them. im super nice to everyone and always are laughing and smiling. people say i should be more pushier. for example i let people go in front of me out of a door, people say i should push through. im approachable, i always smile like i said before. i always talk to people and introduce myself. i like to know people. im okay looking, people say i have a real cute face? im a junior IN high school. i seem to get attention from guys, but mostly just flirting, but it never goes further. why?

We are/were together without being together offically. We go to different colleges. I visited him a few weekends ago. He told me about this girl that likes him. Her friends grilled me about me and him, and I could tell she liked him and he said that she tried to kiss him at the bar. He tells me that she's been calling him asking about class stuff.
