Right ok i live in a pub left school four years ok and i joined myspace anyway my old school friend contacted me and anyway it was great at first but now im always having her to ring her everytime i ring her she says can i ring back and she came over to see me the other day and i lent her £30 and ive still not had it back she said i would but nearly everytime i ring her shes says can u ring back in 5 mins or 20 mins or 1 hour its really annoying everyone says i should'nt talk to her but is that abit harsh?

Maybe your friend is just in need and that she couldn't talk to you straight about why she can't pay you back. Give her time. Time would only tell if she just used you or not. People who cares for the relationship tends to return the favor as soon as they can. Maybe it isn't just the right time for her to be capable of returning favors...

You should still be her friend, but just don't lend her money anymore. Odds are she won't return it. Also tell her what you've been thinking, so that she is aware of the situation. Then she might take things more seriously, instead if just brushing it off her shoulder, like you claim she does. Hope I could help!

Either she's using you or she's really broke and doesn't want to tell you she doesn't have the money yet. Next time just tell her you don't have it to lend.

i remember a friend once told me, never lend your partner, your gun or your money to anyone, because they all can cause problems. thinking back in life its really true
