i dont think its about the amount of dates you go on but how much you know them.
only after 3 dates......that, in my opinion still counts as a stranger.
What you know about them is only what tell you.
Sex should be the thing that follows trust........unless you just need a shag!! lol

I agree, don't count how many dates you've had with the guy. Don't base your decison on that. If you feel like you want to really sleep with him before marriage, try to atleast wait a little bit until you get to know him. Three days is not long enough to really make that connection. It would feel so much different to wait until you know the guy a little bit. You'll have a better connection compare to the whole 3 days rule.
Women in general doesn't need to have sex to satisfy our inner needs. So if the guy can wait, that's a big plus. Get to know him is my advice before going to the next level.
And if you're looking to get serious with this guy, you'll feel good later on that you waited and he'll have respect for you too.

It doesn;t matter what date it is. It could be the first date depending on the guy. I mean, I probably wouldn't on the first date, but some people do, and if the connection is that great, you just never know. :) So it has nothing to do with the number of dates, but the connection.

it's not about how many dates.........it's about establishing the landscape of your relationship. is it going to be "just sex", will you be exclusive, who will take responsibility for birth control, that you WILL always practice safer sex, etc. if a guy is unwilling to let you set some reasonable boundaries, don't do the deed.....
