I am getting married next August and my colours are dark chocolate brown, pistachio green, and ivory. I am wearing ivory and my bridesmaids are wearing chocolate brown while the groom and groomsmen are wearing chocolate brown suits with pistachio ties. My mum and m-i-l have asked me what colour I think they should wear. I don't mind really but I don't know if there is any rule of thumb on this. What do you think???

So, I've never liked my name. In popular culture it has an ethnic connotation that doesn't even match my background. Think "Juanita" on an Indian girl or something. I'm of legal age to change it, but I'm not sure if my friends or family will be weirded out having to call me something new. Any advice?

Theres this guy i like, ALOT. I think about him so much. He so cute and nice. He talks to me alot, shuts my locker, teases me, pats my head. But if someone says that we like each other he says "eww no, or makes puking noise". He's like the most popular guy in our grade and im in 9th. All these girls like him, he sometimes jokes aroung with them but he never does what he does to me. Even our teacher think we flirt. Im kinda sad thou, cause all these girls that are popular like him to. they hang out and the girls are always on top of him, giving him hugs and saying stuff like "omg, why werent you at my locker" but im not like that, and i cant do that so i only talk to him in my classes and sometimes he teases me outside of class so then we talk. I dont know but i think i should get over him cause i dont think i dont have a chance with him when there are so many pretty blond girls that like him, but he wont let me forget about him, he always makes up a reason to talk to me. :(

its not really a internship its a volunteer job ...what i do is work at a radio station and I have to read a whole bunch of letters ....in the letters ppl are making wishes to be granted for christmas......
and i have to label them in different categories...and i pick out the ones I feel have touched my heart and its a tough thing to do because I cant really read all of them ..just skim because theres so many of them ..they get them like everyday.....100 or so and now i feel bad because i cant really read them or else it would take me forever...and the boss would prob be like hurry up!! and im feeling parrayoned as if im responsible for those ppl that dont get a opportunity i have always feel if i dont read theres its not fair to them therefore those ppl in need suffer and i feel accountable!! i think i want to tell him i cant just pick which ones i feel r more important or have touched my heart the most because they all sound awful situations

I am talking to a woman (I'll call her Ann) who is about to get divorced, but she will not go out with me, other than as friends, until she is divorced. We work together, so we have gotten to know each other really well, but just as friends.(There is a definite chemistry between us) I really like her, and want a relationship with her, but It may be a while before she trusts men enough to be in a relationship again. I am also dating someone else(I'll call her Lily), It is not serious, but I know I can sleep with her. Will it mess up my chances with Ann if I have sex with Lily?

i'm supposed to go on a basic backpacking trip with 5 other friends this weekend in South Carolina on the Appalachan Trails. My mom is thinking about not letting me go because I might "fall off a cliff" or "a wackjob might follow us during the day then kill the boys and rape the girls". I need some logical reason on why I should be able to go, (i have never been on a trip like this before). I've already told her I've never been able to do something like this, and the fact that Im going to be with a guy who has been a boy scout for 15 years.

My fiance is always talking about my friend, who happens to be married. Every time we are with them, she only hangs out with him, and tries not to touch me or even talk to me. 3 months before my bf dated me, he told he had sex with an escort he met off the net. he said he didnt know she was an escort til after the sex. then i looked on his computer and he had her resume on it (saying she worked at various massage parlours, and working as an independant escort). Do escorts even need a resume???
Anyway, I also found a photo of her in his desk, one of her head but you could see her wearing a bra.
Is he lying to me, saying he didnt know she was an escort? This is disgusting to find out, because you would assume you're partner isn't out sleeping with escorts (even if its only once) and he also admitted to sleeping with an older couple (mid 40s, he was 25 at the time. He liked having sex with an older woman- while the husband watched. Is this his older woman fetish, because he's a HUGE momma's boy. theres this girl i really like and recently we got into a little fight. i told her i'd stop smokin b/c she really wanted me too, but i only had 2 cigarettes left. so i decided to smoke them, but her friend kind of snitched on me. this was the last time i smoked. i told her what happen and she screamin at me about how "cigarettes are gonna kill me" and whatever. i told her i understood and she left to go to her next class. RECENTLY she hasn't been talkin to me at all, and times i want to talk to her she just gives me dumb reasons like "i'm gonna be late" or "my friends are waiting for me" which she never used to say before the fight. i talked to her today but i feel like she's trying to distance her from me. Let me give you the stats.

I'm 18 in college and i have a good job that pays good money. I'm from Oklahoma and i plan to visit my best friend in Georgia over Christmas break. I've been searching the internet for the cheapest travel. I came up with Greyhound which would cost me $108. Its a 20 hr trip.

The problem is that my parents(mom) thinks its too much time to spend on a bus, also mentioning the crazy people in the world. So she suggests flying. I've never been on one, and the cheapest tickect i've found was $248.

So you tell me which would be better..honest opinions
