This is a common issue. I don't think girls get as strong of an urge as men. It is more take it or leave it.
It takes time for girls to get worked up to that point. It just doesn't click on/off that quickly.

well maybe some girls are a little shy about saying m horny i want laid, actually its not lady like to just come right out and say hey sweety i want it. some girls will hint to you or some will just want to get close and kiss you even, they will let you know somehow or another. beleive me if i was horny for you i will let you know.

in my opinion I think we don't express that we're horny because we think it sounds strange to say. We may say it in other ways that may make us feel more comfortable ex: using other terms or words, or maybe even touching to tease.
