It sounds like she does like you but you need to realize that its not all about what is on the outside. Take a look at her personality too. Ask her out.... What's the worst that she could say? No? Then you will know for sure if she likes you or not.

I wouldn't be absolutely, I sometimes (as a girl) like to stare into outerspace, and sometimes a guy comes while I'm staring at stuff ....
so there can be a misconception...
maybe she likes to stare at where you're at a position...
but...
try smiling in a way of respect- not a way that would beobvious that you like her though
and if she looks at you and smiles in a way that you know she likes you .. then you'll know for sure she'll like you

Giving her full name on yahoo was probably not a good idea and could make her very upset if she finds out . She could be staring because she likes you or maybe your nose is dirty. The only way to know is if you take your chances and ask her out. She can only say yes or no, it wont be that bad.

lol. well it could mean that, for sure. or she coudl just be staring off into space thinking about something totally different and you think she is looking at you. do you make eye contact? can you tell? do you ever talk to her? u won't find out if she likes you till you talk to her. but i for one don't look at boys that i'm not attracted to. atleast not for extended amounts of time. so i say go for it

No not necessarily...she might just think you look funny or maybe you have a booger hanging out of your nose. Plus if she sees this she isn't going to like how shallow you sound.
