Wow that me guy is actually right. It works so good! Oh my gosh it works.
Every time I do something sweet for my gf shes like "awwww you're such a gentleman" and when I help out other people she says the same thing. It also keeps her constantly obsessed with me which is good cos I'm obsessed with her as well. Just don't let her know and she'll fall for you. It depends on your personality though.
The little things! I always hear chicks talking about this. Do little things like open doors for her, wait for her, be very patient, push her chair in etc... Every nice little thing you do for her without demanding praise will get you one step closer.
Make sure you have her best interests at heart. If you don't then maybe it's better if she doesn't fall for you.

A girl can fall in love with a man when she is unconsciously in need of a brother or father-image.
A girl can fall in love with a man if he's really really gorgeous that it defies taboo or norm regarding age and relationship.

Fall in love WITH a man? You cant make one do that. Over time, gradually, you fall in love.
