I'm not his mom I can't tell him what 2 do. If we trust each other and I have nothing 2 worry about then yes. I would just make it clear 2 his ex that he is with me now.

well yeah. If you really trust him that is. trust is very important in a relationship. My boyfriend is friends with his ex of 2 years.
But its really mostly about trust!
If you doubt anything than just talk to him and figure it out!
And you also dont want to seem like you are trying to control everything he does. Guys dont like that! At least most guys dont!

This goes both ways. Have confidence in your own relationship. You cant break people off from other people.

However there are REAL limitations on what should be tolerated on how they keep in touch with each other. Like she never be alone together. That just dumb.

It's not your choice who his friends are. You need to get over your jealousy and trust him. She is an Ex for a reason.

I don't *let* my spouse do anything. He's a grown man and is free to hang out with whomever he pleases. Relationships are NOT about letting your partner do something. It's about mutual respect and trust. Learn it.

you can't tell anybody who to be friends with if you have an issue with you have to understand why you're insecure with it but its not your place to choose your man's friends that will guarantee that you won't be around long and then you'll be the ex trying to be friends

If you want to stay together with him, you won't try to dictate to hiim who he can be friends with. That never goes over well. Would you want him to tell you who you could and couldn't be friends with? If you trust him, there's no reason to anyway.

LET him?

Who gave you the authority to choose his friends?
If I were him, with an attitude like yours, I'd dump you.

He doesn't need your permission - with that said, what's the problem with it? Have you met her? Does she pose an actual threat? Is he over her? If he isn't, why are you dating him? I'm asking more questions than you are, but you didn't give much info.
