I have a good friend who is currently going through some tough times and i want him to get the right answers.
He has a child with a woman that he currently lives with.The 2 are not in a relationship anymore.She has 2 other children, with other men.Both are currently not in her custody and are looked after by Children's Aid Society.

They have lived together for about 4 years. He wants out and wants out now. This woman is pretty horrible. Will not cook, clean or take care of her own children.1 of them has visitation with her but whenever that child is there, she just doesn't look after him or takes off and my friend is left watching the kid.

Their son is almost 3.Thing is he is uncertain about spousal support.She just started working herself. Also a family member of her's lives with them and does not pay any money.So he wants to know do you think he will owe her anything and what would be the proper and legal way so he gets custody of the child and keeps his money.He works fulltime.

i did everything for him, anything he needed i gave, and the sexual part of the relationship was healthy and i gave him what he needed daily...well after i left the rose colored glasses came off and i saw him for what he really was...im 99.9% sure he cheated on me the whole 3 years...with 4 girls i know of...how could someone do this to you...someone who says they love you and want to marry you, someone you give you life to!!! im so lost...i feel like its my fault..i just dont understand how a guy does that for 3 years...im so glade i left but still..how could he

I have been with my husband for 3 years. his son was 18 months when we met he is now 3 1/2. I also have two daughters from a previous marriae, and my husband i have a 1 year old son together.
During this time I have helped my husband fight and win sole custody of his son. I am a stay at home mom so I am with my stepson all the time. The problem is i cant seem to create a bond between us. My husband works long hours so I am the main disciplinary person in the home for all the kids.
My stepson seems to pull away when i correct him or fuss. When his daddy is here he cant even step outside to take the trash out with out my stepson freaking out . he still cries everyday when his daddy goes to work. My stepson ignores me or cries when i ask him to do something.
He also goes to his moms every other weekend now.
My husbands parents spoil him so bad, give him whatever he wants, where in our house we cant afford to do that. he is bounced around alot between us, mom, and his grandparents

…refuses to see that her friend is causing undue stress on our marriage?

Some points regarding their relationship:
-he is an ex-boyfriend, and ex-boss
-he is her current boss who asked her back to work and she took the job after I explained I was uncomfortable with the situation
-I surprised her at work one day with lunch, walked in and found her sitting on his lap (2 yrs ago)
-when I was deployed to Afghanistan, her sister told me the night before I came home on emergency leave she went to the bar with him and other coworkers and didn't come home until 4 am. she lied about the situation but eventually came clean. Says nothing sexual happened (1.5 yrs ago)
-when she told him she was getting married to me, he didn't talk to her for a week (1.5 yrs ago)
-we tried hanging out, all three of us together numerous times, put simply we do not get along despite trying to for her

Here is the definition of life

"Life is a condition that distinguishes organisms from inorganic objects and dead organisms, being manifested by growth through metabolism, reproduction, and the power of adaptation to environment through changes originating internally."

Reproduction is a necessity of life, if they can't reproduce, why should they have more rights than a fetus?

Hello!

I am a married man and have been for nearly two years now. I am just getting around to creating my own DVD of our wedding, reception, ect. I didn't have the opportunity to get one made when I was married. So, here I go.

I am looking for anyone to suggest a list (or partial) list of questions to conduct a self video interview of myself and my wife together. It is meant to be fun and funny. Nothing really serious. An example question would be: "What is the most irritating thing your spouse did when you were first married?"
or "Did you find him hard to live with?" or "What is the kindest thing he/she has even done for you?" or "What is your biggest pet peeve you have of the other?"

These are just suggestions. I am adding this video interview and using my creative editing to add some video creativity and make it a lot of fun. I am leaving on vacation the next day or so and would like to conduct the interview tonight! Please help!

I am the maid of honor for a wedding this coming weekend. I just finished writing my speech (about 1 minute in lenghth) and have begun practicing it. I am a very emotional person and I'm afraid I'm going to get choked up and not be able to finish giving my speech once I've started it. Any advice on how to prevent this from happening?

My husband and I have been married for 17 wonderful years. We have four beautiful children who are the focus of our lives. We are extremely happy, and I can honestly say that we have lived a fairy tale.

I have kept the home pregnancy test sticks from all of my pregnancies. They have remained wrapped inside a plastic sandwich bag since the night(s) we got the happy news. Two nights ago, my husband apparently discovered them for the first time. I caught him opening the bag, and taking each stick out and…tasting them.

I was both mortified and disgusted. After the third one, I shouted out to him, startling him. He dropped the stick, picked it up, quickly placed it back in the baggie, tossed it in the drawer, and ran out of the room like a CHILD!

Because of this incident, I can’t ever view him the same way again. Did I marry a monster? I am seriously considering filing for divorce. What should I do?

I think I have been in denial and that we never should have gotten married. I was grieving for my grandmother who raised me and was like a mother to me when we met. I wish someone had prevented me from making a life decision. I feel like he is controlling my life and never wants me to make any choices on my own. He gets very angry and is too harsh to our kids. We disagree on everything except when he is trying to make up for some fight we have had. I wonder if the angry or negative behavior is going to get to the point where someone could get hurt. I feel like there is nothing of me left to give. There's no cheating here...although I have thought about it. I feel like everything has to be done his way or no way. He also wants us to move closer to where he grew up, and I really want to live where I grew up. I feel like I am always sacraficing things for what he wants. okay my hubby and i have been together a little over two years and we have a 12 month old and im 21 hes 26 we both love each other but i have issues, jelously ones, that he wont help me with, such as until june when our cell phones got cut off he'd lie about who he talked to and messaged at work until he got caught, he doesnt understand why i dont trust him, i think until he can prove himself i have a right to be suspecious and look at phone records. i also dont like that he keeps gifts from his ex like a watch and his x box and our tv in our bedroom! he wont give them up he says if he sells them hell go out and buy another exactly the same and these are expensive items and we dont have the money for the exact ones! i guess i just want to know how i can trust him and not get so jealous! i try and do good for a while and then i get these thoughts and the only thing i can do is stop thinking altogether and that can only last so long. i also search his exs online bc im so crazy!

his behaviour when drunk is totally inappropriate, disrespectful and embarrasing. this has happened about 3 times in 4 months, the last occasion being particularly bad. i told him i have lost respect and it's over, but he is begging for another chance, saying that he will stop drinking and change. he can't bear to lose me and will do anything to keep the relationship going. i feel like giving him a chance. or do you think people never change and i should end it now while there's good opportunity?

We also found out that she pretended to be my husband's sister and we added her as a friend so for the past couple of months she's had access to personal info... I also declined her friend invite... for those who remember the situation about my husband and the ultimatium about me having a female within my marriage....
I have decided to let go of my relationship with my girlfriend(i'm a female myself) to save whatever is left of my marriage but i'm hurting badly because i i'm in love with that female but i want to try and save a marriage of 15yrs... i'm i doing the right thing?
my husband is happy with my decision and looking forward to living without the other party.
he loves me and i love him but he doesn't work to keep his wife happy...

I am divorced with a 6 year old son, my ex is being a jerk to our son, I want to file for full custody.
