i guess i worded the question badly. and i just put the fact that i'm 16 just to emphasize that i'm underage goodness or else it would be a whole different question.

it depends on how observant he is - there is no way for us to know that.

Depends on how often he drinks and if he will be buying a case soon. My dad used to drink a lot and i'd always sneak them when he had lots in the fridge and replace it with a warm one so he would just think he drank more than he actually did. In your case i'd say it's not the best time. 16 is a little young to be drinking... i understand the whole experimentation thing but i was 17 almost 18 when i had my first drink. Beer really isn't all that tasty anyways, if you're going to smuggle something go for the liquor... takes less to get drunk and one shot wont be noticed out of a large bottle. Just don't open any new ones. Wow... i feel like i'm aiding a crime here... we'll there's my advice.

I can't believe I am answering this one.
1. It depends on how well you know your step-dad. Many men
who drink regularly, sometimes have two beers to relax from
their tensions at work.
2. some men come home so drunk already. They don't
remember how many they had left.
3. Some men who have daughters like you, keep track of
what they have to see if one does "disappear."
4. If others find out you have been "snitching" his beer.
He can be charged with "contributing to the delinquency of a
minor."
5. When he comes home and you look like this: ~%)~. He
will know.
6. Do you really "need" that beer?
7. When in dought. Do without.
8. If you still don't know about no. 8. go back to 7.
9. By the time you read all these messages. He will be home.
10. That is not a halo "above" your head. It's bunny ears "on"
your head. ():-})>{+

Yes - when someone is down to 2 of anything they will notice one missing. If he had bought a 12-pack and there were 9 left or so, he might not notice one missing.... but when there are only 2 - it will be obvious.
PS - You really shouldn't be drinking beer right now. You have plenty of time for that when you're older!

He will definitely notice. Just try to act calm as if you didn't have anything to do with it. He might suspect your mom or a brother or sister before you. You'd have had better luck if there had been four or five beers but just two! If he asks you about it just be honest! If he knows it was you and you're caught lying he'll be even harsher with his punishments. But if your honest you can play the guilt card and if you can squeeze out a few tears you might even get off easy.

Why does everyone think its hilarous to steal beer? If you stepdad is nice, or your mum, ask them! Say, "can i have a beer, make up a reason". You will be suprised. I tried it once and got a six pack from my mum when freinds came around. I am 15! If they are not like that though... hmm... ask someone else to give you it? Not that i am saying u should as its illegal... But if u had a freind around ask them to bring beer, i dont know why u would want to drink beer by urself.

In all honesty yes I do believe that he will notice if one of his brew is gone astray. And will he know where to point his finger, here again I am going to have to answer affirmatively. We were all kids once and majority of us are guilty of this terrible offense. Don't sweat it too bad as it will pass eventually, but you will need to build up your trust with him again. Might be best to be honest and tell him about the missing beer. He will still be angry but will respect you for having the balls to tell him anyway.

I'm 16 too. Don't blame your stupidity on your age. That's an insult to underage people everywhere. It's a little late to worry about the consequences now.

Yup, two beers = no chance of going un-noticed. of course age 16 is about time where dad's may allow a bit on lineincy there.

Been there. got caught a few times but got away with it on the odd occasion too. Chances are, he'll probably notice seen as there where only two beers...
Maybe he's waiting for you to own up and be honest....

Yes I think he will. My brother tried filling my dads six pack back up with water one time.. and he really did notice once he took a sip.. but yes unless he grabs the last one after he has already had a few tobegin with ... So just be honest when it comes up.
