I'm looking for the easiest way to file, we would also have to file custody as well. Pretty much everything is under agreement as of right now, unless he decides he wants to be a jerk. I saw an attorney today and the price was just way out of reach for his hourly rate, and I just can't afford it. I know there are ways to do it, but I'm clueless. Thanks! =)

where do i start?..
there's this guy, we've been friends since middle school
and he used to always flirt with me in the 8th grade. When we got to high school, we are even better friends. I had a crush on him, but then i overcame it and i SWEAR i have no feelings for him. The only problem is that i see him flirting with numerous girls around school and i feel jealous. Tell me some things i could do to get my mind off this dude!

1. Gaz, its kind of a one way thing though. I REALLY like him but he just sees me as a "weekend thing". I also know he has a sexual relationship on and off with another girl though. I would have to put up with seeing him on weekends only and it not developing into anything serious. He wears trackies =P

2. Haz, a guy from school whos recently told my friends he likes me. He lives near me and my friends say he'll treat me better but he isnt exactly the BEST looking guy, he has quite a few spots, although he wears trackies...I lovee trackies =D

3. Peter, the ex-boyfriend (from a year ago). I sometimes find it hard to talk to him and act a bit shy. Hes no where near as fit as Gaz, but not as unattractive as Haz! But his dress sense is really nice and he smells nice.

called and asked me to pick him up @ the hospital. We havent talked since before Aug. because I found out he was taking a woman to Vegas. I decided to pick him up @ the hospital, he was in an auto accident and I was confused because he does not drive. I found out he was in an auto accident with a (FRIEND) and they couldnt find a ride home. The FRIEND was hurt quite badly, a broken arm and hurt leg. Low and behold it was the woman he went to Vegas with. My husband told me that this was JUST a friend but I do know they are more. So when she got into the car, my husband was very caring and compassionate towards her. I was furious. We were driving and I purposly took the highway, which I never drive. When were were about 5-6 miles from their exit I pulled over and made her get out of my car, and he was furious. She was on crutches and he was kind of banged up. I told him that for as much as he screwed me financially and that they found their way to Vegas they could find their way home.

i love my b.f more than words can describe. He loves me more than anything else in this world too, but lately we've ben arguing so much with have so many issues and problems which is making me feel so depressed and suicidal because he says i havent proven to him how much i say i love him. Thing is he doesn't understand just as much i do love him i'v just got a problem with showing my feelings because i'm always down all the time. If i break up with him i would regret it for the rest of my life and feel like dying every second and minute and if i stay i'll still feel depressed because i seem to not be proving to him that i'm being 'real' is there a way around this please i'll really like to work our relationship out before it's too late.

does that mean he doesn't consider you beautiful on outside?

That's what most people responded when I told them a guy said that to me and I thought it was the nicest compliment a guy could give a girl. I met him at a friends party and he really didn't talk to me at the party but later let my friend know he liked me. We have just recently started talking.

My husband has lots of female friends but that is not what makes me mad. What makes me mad is when he sits there and yaps about them non stop and won't shut up without me nearly screaming at him to stop. I have already told him that I don't like it but he still does it. The most recent incident happened last night when he called from Pennsylvania telling me what he did with his old friends from high school. There was some woman at the bar that he absolutely adored for the sounds of it and yapped on about how pretty she was how nice her perfume was and this that and the other. Then he actually asked me to purchase the same perfume.
How do I get him to stop this without ruining our marriage or relationship?

After 17 yrs of marriage, I divorced my husband. It was never a strong marriage. We just grew up and apart. We didn't have anything in common, we weren't affectionate towards each other, we didn't even respect one another. We have 2 wonderful daughters that came of it. Anyway, I finally divorced him. It's been 9 months and I have found a wonderful man who is everything my ex wasn't. My ex is having a hard time letting go, calling and crying that he wants me back. My family is giving me a hard time on moving on and feel I have not heart because I am not giving him another chance. Long story short, even though I'm happy, I feel bad for him. I am no longer in love with him, but I feel so guilty. Why do I feel this way when I don't love him???

I need to tell this guy I am into him. We talk all the time on msn, at least daily, and in school, but not as much. Basically I think I need to tell him how I feel, because I really want to, and if I do, there is a small possibilty he might feel the same. If I don't tell him, and he did like me, he wouldn't let me know. He's shy about this sort of thing.

Yes, we have been flirting back and forth a little bit, but our relationship is very much just friends atm. I do reckon he likes me that way, but who knows if I am right.

So do you think it would be awful to tell him over msn? I'm not sure whether it would make things really awkward in person. Itd be a hell of a lot easier though.

So how should I go about this please?

i was married a good while and my social life went out the window. I just kind of feel embarrassed to go by myself but it gets really boring staring at 4 walls at home.

I have now relocated to a different city for the past one year. Ever since I am not in touch with him. But there's not a single day wherein I don't remember him. I miss him a lot. We both are married & with a kid. I would never reciprocate it to him as I am also happy with my married life. But then what's this feeling?

let just assume that this person (woman) cannot climax properly unless she thinks of a special someone that she knows and feel attraction for, but life just has moved them to different directions and it's not appropriate to make a move towards him.
anyway.... sometimes she says 'ok, it's just a thing that happens, i find him very desirable, no big deal' .....and yet other times she wonders if she's in denial and she really loves him. and that there is something more than just lust etc because
the tricky thing here is that she feels like giving all her self to him and letting go totally (which causes the climax) and it's not just a porn-like thought that gets you excited and nothing else but that happens.
she has tried to change her thought pattern (alone or a partner) but it seems like his desire is overpowering her in many more levels than just physical.
I don't suppose many men will understand this question but I hope many women will. to leave things as they are or accept love?

I'm getting married early next year and we do not plan on having any children at our wedding with the exception of our 4 year old flowergirl. I'm not being mean about it or anything, I just don't want to have any babies crying during the ceremony or any children talking too loud. Plus, we have to pay full price at the reception for children. I've very tactfully spread that word that it's an adults only wedding, and truthfully I've had a few people really put off with me about it, even though we're providing child care during the events.

I was wondering how other people felt about this. Would you be offended if you got an invitation with just you and your spouse's name on it and not your children's? Has anyone had any bad experiences with children at their own wedding? For example, when you played back the wedding video and it picked up every bit of that fussy baby in the 10th row?

By the way, I do love children...just not at weddings or funerals!

how do two people from different religions get married? my boyfriend and I have been together for a long time and we're planning on getting married, but we have different religions. In my family it's tradition to get married in a church (i'm catholic). That's what i want to do, but since he's a Jahoba's Witnes, he can't listen to a catholic sermon. How would we make that work? Anyone please help. Thank You!

My husband is being sued by his exwife for more child support. She lives 300 miles away from us and we are paying around $150.00 for plane tickets each month to fly his daughter up for visitation (she is 15 years old). We have no problem paying more money if a judge orders us too. My question is will the judge factor in the travel expenses when figuring out the correct child support? In my state it is 20% of my husbands net income for one child.

Well I had a couple guys that liked me and so I got a little bit cocky. This one guy is really cute, funny, nice, and smart but he is short so I kinda ingored him. And when he was talking to me I made all these mean short guy jokes and I could tell he got really pissed then he stopped talking to me. Well the guy I was going after turned out to be a real Ahole. He left me at the bar because I told him I wasnt going to sleep with him that night. Well the cute short guy saw me balling my eyes out. He comforted me and then walked me home. I realized that he was a great catch and I waited for him to make a move but he never did. Right before he dropped me off I go so is when you make your move on me? He looked at me and chuckled and said normally yes this would be it. Then I go well why not now? He replies by saying well you told me that you would never date guys under 5'6 so why would I waste my time? Then he wished me well and told me there would be other guys in my future.
