My father passed away recently and now his mother is very ill as well. The will with my father was a sticky situation with my mother, who none of us get along with very well. In my grandmothers will, she has left everything to her two sons equally. My mother says that my fathers half will go to her and not to his descendants. Ive been told that it goes straight to his surviving descendants but can not be sure. This is not a selfish situation on my behalf, i am just trying to protect my disabled sister from being stung again. Thanks for any help.

So I'm going to my friend's school homecoming dance this Saturday. In her group she will be the only person I know. There will be a good number of people will be in her group and when i'm with a large amount of people I tend to become painfully shy. I talk rarely and really act as if I am a mute. People I don't even know ask "Do you talk?" It's really annoying and embarassing. I just want to have a good night and make new friends! Do you have any tips to help me warm up to these new people to help me have a good time? Thanks!

We are looking to have around 150 guests. The wedding reception is near alexandria so we would like to keep the ceremony near that same area. The wedding is scheduled for October of 2008. If possible we would like to have the cermony in a church.

Neither of us are active members of a church. My fiancee was raised Catholic and I was raised Christian. If possible we would like to not have to join the church, but it's not a must. We do not want to promise to raise our kids in a certain religion.

two weeks ago, a guy I was dating for 2 months says he just wants to be friends. It was 2 amazing months for both of us. We had amazing chemistry and a great friendship was developing. Just when things were about to go to the next level, he pulls back and says let's just be friends, I respect you too much, I just don't have enough time to devote to anything more than friendship right now. I was sad but accepted it. We parted on very good terms. Problem is, he keeps calling me, texting me, to say hello, asks me about my day, etc. like nothing ever happened. Why won't this guy give me some space? HE broke up with ME but why isn't he letting go?? Help!

In a wife, some people want a homemaker. Someone who will care for the kids, take care of all the appointments, extracurricular activities in the childrens lives, or even just have dinner ready when the significant other gets home. YOu get the idea..right...so what do you want in a husband?

i have been with this guy since i was 16. yes we went through it all. i cheated on him once and he forgave me. i know he loves me i know he does. on feb 09, he asked me to marry him, i was elated, happiest girl you know. we are to be married on nov10 and now that the time is drawing near am getting worried.

am 21 am ready to be married. do i need a little more experience. do married people still have fun. will he still take me to clubs and movies on sundays.

what should i do? am i making a mistake?

I met some girl in a chat room the other day and she kept calling me fat and saying i'm 5'10, 120 pound's guy's love girl's like me. Well i'm 5'5 190 pound's with alot of muscle on me i work out every day, i wear a 14-15 and my stomach even though it has some fat on it is flat and my bra size is 36D. So my question is would u rather date a weak bean pole or a woman with some meat on her who can defend herself?

I'm around 5'4", give a couple of more centimeters. I just don't feel 'sexy' or whatever enough compared to the taller girls. Their bodies are long and usually lean and most of fashion is aimed towards them so I feel kinda stupid putting on a lot of the jeans in the stores. Plus my torso looks short and I dunno. It just doesn't look appealing to me. This affects my self-esteem so... I dunno.

Guys, what's the ideal height for a female? Can someone at my stature still look beautiful physically?

Well she sort of slipped on the first 4 steps in the stairwell and landed on her butt, nothing major. It was hilarious how she reacted. She turned beet red and looked around so paranoid and acted so serious! I sort of "teased" her by saying, "Awww poor baby! Is the widdle baby gonna cwy (in baby talk)?" Then she kicked me in the balls pretty hard and when she saw me laying there THEN she was like "oh I'm so sorry, blah, blah, blah! I didn't mean too!" I mean come on! How can you NOT mean to nail a guy in the nuts! Anyways, she is pretty crazy and likes to do stupid things like this once in a while. I thought she was getting revenge but I guess she was sincere when she was saying sorry. So long story short, that night she sort of apologized again and then she said the unthinkable...she was going to offer me a BJ to make up for it. I didn't think she was serious because she tends to kid around a lot, but I think she was serious! I told her I would get back to her. Should I accept?

I have been with my fiance for 2 years. He knew well before we were together that i had a son from another relationship. My son is 4 and i cannot get my fiance to accept him like his own.
My fiance and i just had another baby together which is his first child and he is perfect with her.
I am constantly in the middle of him and my son... I feel i have to choose. i love them both dearly but of course my son will always come first...
What can i do to make them get along with each other everything i have tried so far don't work... I don't want to loose my fiance but i don't want my son to hate coming to see me

I personally don't see myself as really being that short. I've been told many times that I'm 'cute' or 'adorable', whatever that means. But I'm starting to realize that height might be a huge problem. If this so, should I approach women of what height?

I do realize that there are many other factors involved, but just focusing on purely physical appearance.

But i don't want to tell him, and there is this party type thing coming up in a few months and i don't know if i want to go with him or my friends. He's so cute! But I've barely said more than 20 words to him ever. I can't stop thinking about him, but I'm to shy to approach him. My friend won't tell me who he likes and it's torturing me. I have been dating a guy for what will be a year in November. Everything has been going real well. On September 18th he just disappeared, didn't call, didn't return my calls and then out of the blue on the morning of October 1st he re-appeared with a text message saying "Good morning! Have a great day!"

i used to really like my bf and weve only been going out for three weeks, and i already want to get rid of him. i dont feel the same way i used to. i also kind of like this other guy.

my bf is kind of irritating. he follows me everywhere, when i told him he doesnt have to. i see him everyday in most of my classes so i dont want him to hate me. Ive never broken up with a guy b4 because he is my first. i have know idea what to do. please help.

oh yeah and is it weird that i wanted to go out with this guy for months and i finally got him and i dont want to anymore. is that weird.

i feel really bad.

but this other guy is really sweet. but hes only in my art class. he comes and sits on my chair with me and helps me with my artwork. im pretty sure he likes me, but he does all this in front of my bf. So i have to act like im not interested in him, but i am. im sorry i keep blabbing on. anyway, any advice is greatly appreciated, and thank you so much

My husband and I got married in a court. My mother-in-law knew about me and had talked to me before we got married. Since she lives in a different country than us, we didn't have a chance to meet. Last year, she was kind of sick and was going to go for an eye surgery. My husband felt bad that he couldn't get off from work so he could go and see her. So I took off from work and went there for a whole month. The first day she was real nice 2 me, after that everything went down hill. She always wanted to know where I was going. When my husband would call she would eavesdrop on us. If I would cook something, she always had something bad 2 say abt it. My husband sent her some real nice things, she didn;t like any of them, she told me that to my face. She would invite girls over or talk abt them with her friends while I was present(girls she wanted my husband to get married to-in our culture arranged marriages are common). She would go around telling ppl my personal stuff.

my friend is ignoring me and i dont know why?
when ever i talk to him he tells me to go away and when i talk to him he makes chicken noises.
he just deleted me as a friend on facebook and on facebook the other day i asked if we could get along? and he deleted my message.
Today i asked him about our project and again he said go away.
