I'm 5'7.5", can this be the reason I have absolutely no luck with women?

I personally don't see myself as really being that short. I've been told many times that I'm 'cute' or 'adorable', whatever that means. But I'm starting to realize that height might be a huge problem. If this so, should I approach women of what height?

I do realize that there are many other factors involved, but just focusing on purely physical appearance.

And I'm not fat...I weigh like ~145lbs.

Oh for heavens sakes 5'7 1/2 is a totally acceptable size for a guy. Most woman are under that height anyway so that shouldn't be any problem. Do you know Dog from "Bounty Hunter" is only 5/7? He just wears custom made heels to make himself taller. Look at Tom Cruise, Fonzie, the list goes on and on.

You will tower over the women there...at least most of them.
Or, try getting really wealthy.

Seriously, you are at a serious disadvantage. Despite what the nice people here at yahoo answers say, most women do not dig short men. It is probably going to be doubly tough because almost no tall women prefer short men and a lot of shorter women still prefer tall men. I say "prefer" because there are always stories of taller women with shorter guys, but these are definitely the exception. No woman in the world (except perhaps the ones in china) sit at home dreaming of their perfect man and dream of a guy under five foot eight.
The good news is there are a lot of short women out there or possibly even some not so short ones who don't care. Don't give up.
I'm starting to feel a little guilty since I'm six foot one and my girlfriend is five foot four. oh well, sorry dude.

I would go for really short women. That way u seem taller. Look at Tom Cruise. He is about ur height and the ladies seem to like him in spite of it.

Try girls who are just as tall as you, or a bit shorter. Focus, there are many of them, out there!!!
Many-many.
They are just so small, that the tall guys don't even notice them.. the look ahead over their heads! A girl like that will be very happy that you noticed her.
I believe that everyone finds the right person, sooner or later.

Confidence is the Key. Be confident a with the attitude that says I like myself,I think you should too..Approach who ever you like and are attracted too and be yourself knowing who and what you are. A real woman will recognize this trait in you and will find you irresistible,go get em' tiger.

ur like average height i think...maybe u just know some really tall woman :-) ....i read in this article that for some reason girls are attracted to guys that are like 5 to 6 inches taller so try to look for the "shortys"...good luck

OK maybe I am OLD but did you ever see Sonny and Cher??? She was TALL and he was way SHORT. Love is blind I am about 4 inches taller than my husband but he is "HOT" and all the girls want him and I know when we go home he is going with me and that makes him even HOTTER!!!!!!

i'm a woman who is 5'9" and (which is apparently tall 4 a woman) and I have a crush on a guy who is 5'7" so there is definitely hope for you so long as you are secure enough not to care!
