well daniel and i have been together for almost 3 years-we have gone through alot-had are problems,and good times,we also have a child -whos 1,the thing is-his mother hates me! She doesnt even really know me,honestly I am different compared to his family-their quiet,kind of depressing-considering his mom is bipolar-when we go to his familys house for the holidays-nobody talks-everyone just keeps to themselves or they just sit and gossip,but when i take him to my familys-everyone is having a good time,laughing and enjoying each others company.His family says that were loud. His mother and sister inlaw-**** the whole family dislikes me-i dont understand why-i am very caring,compassionate person-i honestly dont know what to do anymore-the holidays are coming up and i wish to enjoy them-how do i deal with a family that hates me and looks down at me all the time? im even considering leaving him-due to all this stress,i do love him but i think this is taking a toll on our relationship-

I bought my friend a heart shaped necklace for her birthday. I didnt know what to get her. I asked a mutual friend and she said jewerly. I didnt want this gift to say too much or anything at all, but she said it wouldn't, so I found a heart shaped neckalce. A couple days after i gave it to her I asked if she liked it. She said "I guess". the mutual friend asked if she liked it and she said "yeah, it was weird".

okay if you and this guy was only haveing sex and nothing more, just out for a good time on a regular base. if you told thim that everyone thought you was more then just friends and they called it friends with french benefits and he asked you what would you call him and you repley with your my sex toy. should he get mad b/c you called him that whenever you both understood that it was all about the sex nothing more... just some great sex. what do you think about it. i think that if he was all about the *** then why get mad over something stupid.

My father has a tendency to put me down. He does it jokingly but I have asked him not to. It is always embarrassing and degrading. The last time he did it, I told him it was offensive. He has chosen now for 3 weeks to ignore me and my child. I don't live with him but his behavior has made it difficult for me to see the rest of my family. Is there any way to make him grow up? Also, how can I get over it. He is such an *** and I'd love it if I just didn't care about him. My life would be much easier. I'm the only one of his 5 children that he puts down.

Hi i have recently read a short story which consists of the human issue of family conflict

Son “My mother is dead but I have another old woman in her place”
Father: “When he shouts his voice breaks high like a woman.”

After a tragic incident (mother died) conflict arose as niether charcter is able to express there 'real' feelings towards each other.

Both charcters 'son' and 'father' miss the mother terribly. They blame each other for her death. So why are the criticising each other for acting like woman!

I've been with my bf for a couple of years now and I've been thinking about having a baby for more than a year. He said he wanted to wait to have a house and I respected that. We've bought one ten months ago and everytime we talk about it, he founds a new excuse to delay. He says he's not ready. Yet, it's the best time to fit in my career (as in, if its not now, we'll have to wait years til its the right time). I know the "politicaly correct" answer is to wait til he's ready but I'm getting tired of waiting and I have the feeling he'll never be ready. I want to specify that he does LOVE kids. He points the cute ones when we go out, and loves to play with ou nephews. He says he wants 6 kids... we're 25 and though we're not rich, money's not an issue. What can I do / say to help him make up his mind???

So I deployed to Iraq and my wife said she would take this opportunity to pay off bills and save money. Neither of which happend, She can not account for thousands of dollars. I would have monitored this but where I was at I didnt not have any way to get on the internet, but everytime I asked how we were doing finalcially she said, "We are doing soo good." So the first time I check my bank Im like WTF. Just dont know what to do, to me this is almost like cheatting on me, or the next worse thing that could have happened....I mean damn I am spending over a year of my life in Iraq getting shot at, blown up and watching my friends die or get injured...am I overreacting?

As far as I can tell, single people have to like hanging around the local bar . Whenever I ask myself why I don't like being single, I usually answer "Because I don't like hanging around bars" . If you don't like going to bars or drinking alcohol ... what else is left ?

hey it's a major sin in my religion to be gay and i think my cousin is. He's only ten but he plays around waaaaay too much, earlier, he pretended to be sucking his brother's D![* and he says he let some dude suck his, i can't tell if he's lying or not because he starts laughing everytime i ask him about it. I just met these two iranian students in my university and i was really happy as i originally come from the same place but stay in bahrain . In the beginning they seemed very nice , but the second time i met them , one of them became pretty mean , and then the third time i met them was on my birthday where they had to be nice , the fourth time , the nice one of em asked me to come for dinner and i said oh asked the other guy coz he could mind and then he calls the other guy n tells him that am coming and the next thing i hear is a laugh , i sort of got the vibe that i was being talked about , then in dinner , the mean one was like you know what i wanted to tell you this few days back but you dont look iranian , what proof do you have that you are ?!
