My new in laws are coming to visit, and my family tradition is to serve fried spam and beer for breakfast on the first day of a relatives stay. They are Jewish, and my local grocery doesn't have kosher spam! Where can I order the Kosher Spam?

No such thing as Kosher Spam, it's made from pork.

Now a few years ago there was a turkey version, but I doubt that was even kosher.

I didn't know there was such a thing as Kosher Spam! Since Spam is a brand name, I don't know if it is true. But if you mean something as much like spam as possible which is Kosher, Hebrew National makes some good things which are actually beef but imitate things normally made of pork. They are probably your best bet.
