friends for years and he's secretly liked me but he never went for it b/c he thought the chances of being w. me were slim only to find out that after all this time, I felt the same way back - I was the first girl he fell in love (he was surprinsingly "not shy" and very outgoing when we hooked up) with BUT "life challenges" (death, lost a close friend) and rumors/assumptions from friends made you us drift apart and it created tension and misundertandings BUT rather than giving up or seeking revenge, we worked it out and everything is starting to be better than before, the relationship grew (this happened in a 9 month span)
i wrote him a heartfelt letter telling him the truth and reminding him i was there for him and i really cared. After this, he would put up more pictures of me and him on his page. It was about 6 months since we saw each other & i noticed he was "cautious" in his behavior at times. He would txt me to ask my day and i said something that might have been suggestive of flirting (joking but didn't mean/realize it) and he didn't respond.
Hung out with him one day and in public he seemed normal - poke me if i said something silly, make fun of me but when we went to his house, he got quiet and more shy. He kept the door open in his room and when i hugged him bye he said, "i was supposed to wait 'til you got to your car"...and everytime i see him he says, "just hit me up"

i called him and he picked up and talked for 10 minutes...a few days after, i texted - he didn't respond back...couple days after that, i left him a msg asking about a class and he never called back...I thought everything was okay again...WHY IS HE ACTING LIKE THIS? compared to back in the day we would always talk and he's call back...did he change? what happened?

I met quite a lot of men, mostly in their late sixties, who announced that they would never even consider a woman after thirty. How can women after 30 find men, then?

Okay so me & my ex have 2 kids 2gether. I work full-time, am a full-time stu in college, am renting a house w/ my cousin but about to get my own place, meaning I'll be paying full rent, car, ins., all the kids expenses (i dont' ask him for anything) He only pays half of the daycare $250.00 I also pay the other half. He lives w/ his parents & pays truck pymt. $350.00, couple credit cards, no rent, no food (parents provide) NO were close the bills I pay. So since I'll be taking on more bills so the kids can have their own home & space, I asked him if he could pay the full daycare a month another $250 to help me out when I move into my place. My aunt watches the kids really cheap both fulltime for only 500.00 when it could be double anywhere else. So I ask him & he says NO that he can't afford it, that if I want my own place it's my problem. He thinks it's completely fair to only pay 250 a month in daycare & that's it when I'm struggling to do what I need to so the kids & I can stop

in that kind of sexual stimulation?

I mean, at one time it was kind of hard to find porn, and find a place to stash it. Now it's all over the place.

Opinions, men?

I have a really great roommate, but something has been bothering me lately and I want to know if my feelings are justified. Before we moved in together, we discussed the things that were important to us roommate wise, and the only thing I said was that I don't like having a roommate who has her boyfriend over all the time. She shared her roommate "deal breakers" with me too, and we agreed to respect each other's wishes. Well, now she's dating this guy and they spend the night at our place about 5 or 6 nights a week. And what bothers me even more is that he actually has his own place! I don't understand why they don't stay over there more often! Its not that I have a problem with him or anything; he's actually a really great guy. But like I told my roommate when I moved in with her, I signed up to live with *one* roommate, not two. Am I blowing this out of proportion? What do I do?

I have been seperated from the man I married for over 7 years. I don't know anything from him since he moved from the last time I knew of him. We are both now with different people. We do have children together but he has them. Well not really. When I lost contact with him,he (Jose) sent them to Mexico, where he's from with his parents. I don't know of my 5 children or him. I know they're ok with his family but they are mine and I would like to know of them and how they are. I would also like to divorce him already since we don't even have anything to do with each other anymore. I've been wanting to take care of this for a long time but don't really know how or have the money to do so. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.

I met this beautiful woman at work but she states she is engaged but she does not seem to be happy. We had lunch together but she seem to have a lot on her mind. She say she is going through a transtion. The next day she was let go due to attendance.

I was shock but the first time in my life I felt what real love is when I looked into her eyes. She made me want to be a better man. I asked around the office who has her phone number and I finally got it.

I text her telling her that I love her as we complement each other on so many levels. The second text she stated stop calling her as she is engaged. I felt he found out about it and I put her in a bad situation.

I text her several more time and talked with her today on the phone as she was looking for a job. She wants me to call her 6 or 7 tonight about a buiness related issue that I said I would help her with.

I really care for her and want to be with her and it has nonthing to do with sex.

What should I do?

I constantly worry about what my husband thinks about other women. It is so bad that I hardly leave my house because I am afraid that he is comparing me to other women that he sees. I cry when I think about him seeing another woman that he would want to be with. My husband is a very outgoing person who always wants to be with friends, having a good time. We have 3 kids so I can't go out like he does. I want to but someone has to be home with the kids. I am afraid that he sees the other men's wives and wishes he had someone like that. I know he has fun with them and we never have fun together. but now my self esteem is so low that I won't go out in front of any one. I am so scared that I am going to lose him because of this. what can I do.

My mother's father is dying. My father might lose his job if he doesn't go to the meeting. I need surgery on thursday.
I want my dad to stay with me, but I don't want him to lose his job. If he stays with me, he will miss the meeting, if he goes to work, I will be more scared then if he was there.

I meet so many people all the time and I feel little or no connection with them. I just feel they are bland or shallow and offer me nothing. I am sure they did not feel any chemistry with me either.

I wonder if other people feel such a lack of chemistry with the people they meet. I assume most people find it easier to find that personal connection, but maybe not.

What do you feel about most people you meet? Could you enjoy spending time with them or maybe be friends, or do you prefer they moved on outside your life?

Most people say put "tissue paper" in the wedding invitation. What kind of tissue paper are we talking about here? Would a Kleenex be considered "too informal"?

I have been married for 13 years. My mother in law is from Poland, but has lived here for 20+ years. Whenever she comes over or we go there, my husband and her talk in Polish. My husband tries to let me in on the conversation, b/c I don't know Polish. He says it is easier for her to talk in Polish. But she is fluent in English. My husband is wonderful in every other way but this drives me crazy!!! It is just not right esp when myself and our kids do not speak Polish! What do you think?????

My husbands close friend recently told me how aroused he is when he looks at me and then told me he went to the bathroom to "relieve" himself when we were all out together one evening. I basically told him off right then and there but do I tell my husband? I know my husband would freak out and then there will be major tension amongst all the group of friends.

My fiance's brother's wife has been very difficult throughout our whole wedding planning process. She expected to be asked to be in the wedding, and when she wasn't, told us we were rude, and has been at odds with the whole grooms family, specifically the mother of the groom and her husband. She's constantly trying to somehow make things about her, and is acting very spoiled. She has informed us that she will not be coming to the wedding because she doesnt feel "wanted". We of course sent an invitation to my fiance's brother AND her, and have no plans of excluding her in anyway. We have reiterated we would like her to be at the wedding, as have the parents. Should my fiance's brother skip the wedding out of respect for his wife? Or should he take a stand and tell her she is expected to be there and put her feelings aside? Or should he go to the wedding without her? (its 3000 miles away)
