they got married after 2 weeks of being together
he moved in after 2 days of them being together
and hes really weird
theyve been married before and some things have happened that a kid the age i was at that time shouldnt have experienced i think you can get the picture from there
but now
10 years later
after the clothes are done washing he folds them and stuff and smells my underwear
like wtf i dont know what to do cuz if i yell at him my mom threatens to send me to jail

How old are you? It sounds like you're trying to say, without actually saying it that this guy molested you. I would hate to jump to that kind of conclusion, but thats what I got out of your question. At any rate, where is your dad? Do you have other family? Doesn't matter if they live close to you or not. You need to get out of there. If your mom threatens you with the cops when you yell at the guy, she's not going to back you on anything you say, whether you tell her he smells your underwear or not! If you're still a minor, you can still contact the police and file a report for molestation, if this occurred when you were younger. But for now, you need to be out of that house. The best thing would be for you to go with a relative or a very good friend, but by all means get out of there, you're not safe.

How old are you? How can your Mother send you to jail for doing nothing? You need to get away from this man, do you have some other place to go - a grandmother - an aunt. It is weird that he smells your underwear clean-or-dirty. You need to talk to someone that can do something about this guy especially if your Mother has threatened you. Has this man ever tried to touch or fondle you? Because if you are under age HE will be the one going to jail.

How old are you? If you are a minor I think I would be talking to someone about this, a social worker, school counselor, there is something not right about him. And to me that is a form of sexual harassment. That is sick & twisted & who knows what he might try next. Can you go stay with other relatives? maybe your father? Aunts, Uncles, or even Grandparents, any place is better then where you are at.
And for a mother not to stand behind her child. Expecially when this is not your biological father (even if it was) she needs to step up as a mother & protect her daughter from this pervert.

It's gonna be ok. what u need to do is CALMLY talk to your mom about this when he isn't around. tell her how you feel, and really put some good effort into it - that might include sobbing. but don't just yell or scream, cuz that will make matters worse. if things get really bad with him, call the police, or talk to someone you trust (aunt, uncle, grandma, relative...). this might seem awkward, but it's for the best. good luck!

my mother married a guy and he did the same thing to me. i told her and she did nothing about it. i think you should get out of there because your mother should put you before any man because you are her child. don't be like me. i stayed for 14 years of my life.you should not have to be going through that. please get help even if it means sending someone to jail because they dont deserve to have you in their lives. he definitely does not deserve to have you there for his own pleasure. he is a sick man and he needs help. i regret not doing what i should have.
