Hubby work "friend" getting married. Let me also say that I consider this guy a work aquantice not a frined. Anyway at work my husband was given a nick name by these so called "friends" Even though they all have a nick name I feel that what they call my husband is dirotory, not nice, childish in additon to being a refelction on me. The name is stinky. Hubby was working on the side doing garbage removal. So any way I really do not want to go to this wedding and sit at a table with these people. I do not find belittleing someone funny nor would I be a part of it regarless of who it was. I think it best for me not to attend and him attend alone as I do not want the focal point to be my response to there coments or me leaving and walking out. My husband told the groom we were going but I would like to call and say only he will be attending. What is the proper thing to do. My husband thinks I am being silly and says I take things to heart that it's only a joke and who cares.

Well I called her and figured out her schedule so we can see eachother. What should I do for a big impact when I see her? I was thinking of hugging her and whispering her something in her ear, but I dunno what to say.

in my house. Do I need a contract with the person to sign they cannot go into my house ONLY upstairs to theirs only? That they cannot drink or smoke or play loud music at all? What kind of contract do I need, and where do I get one and how much are they? Also, It will be month to month rent payment, so that way, Heaven forbid, they can't pay I can ask for them to find another location.

I live in California. Any advice helpful.

for a simple dinner (she gave good reasons), finally, she says yes to tomorrow's dinner date. We were in the same university and now that we are working people, work commitment seems to be the reason we can really meet as much as I wanted to.
I plan to bring her to a nice restaurant be a gentleman.
Do you think it's a good idea to buy her a small gift, like an mp3 player (cost about USD75), cos buying her flowers will freak her out?
But, when I look through her Friendster profile, her status is "It's Complicated". I am a little worried about what could happen if I buy her the gift, would it complicate matters? If she asks why I buy her such an expensive gift, should I say:
1. I can afford it.
2. I want to give her something nice.
3. Her birthday is coming soon.
4. I want her to have her favorite music always by her ears.

If she insists of declining it, at least I don't mind having it myself.

So what do you think I should do?

We've gone over this AGAIN AND AGAIN and she won't stop lying to me! This is what she lies about.

Whevever I ask her to do something she says she'd love to do that and she really hates doing that activity. So I meet up with her and we go do whatever then I notice she seems really bummed. She says she's just "tired." And she'll tell me later it was just a lie. We have constant fights about this lying stuff. When I try to ask her what she wants to do though she just says "You decide"

Through all these lies and tricks she makes it seem like doesn't really like me. So I tried leaving her a few times and not being her friend anymore. Then she begs me to come back! But how do I know it's not another lie? I want to keep my dignity and not be lied to anymore. Is it really worth it? Should we even be friends?

I'd been with this guy for about a year now.He has two little boys and still lives with his mom and dad even though he is in his thirties. We were very much in love, did everything together and talked about eventually living together.
There were so many differences between us, and that was driving us apart. He barely makes a living, and I do pretty well.
He loves his kids, but if it wasn't for his mom and dad supporting him he would not make it.
If he gets any money he spends it on laser hair removal or buys his pot. I know I am not making him look very special but he had other things about him that I loved. He made me feel special even though we had little in common. The sex was great. I would have to say he was the best I ever had.
For months now, I have felt insecure about our relationship, I felt he was always looking at other women, even though he said he was not. The other night I got mad at him and walked out on him. He told me he didn't want to see me again. I'm broken.

My husbands ex girlfriend of some 6 months emailed him the other day asking how he is etc.

She has given him her home & mob phone number so they can catch up and meet up for a drink.

She is married too.

Is this harmless pleasentries or not?

Would you let your partner have his/her exs phone number?
My husband or the lady do not have children between them.

It's been a few years since they saw each other.
Also i'm not sure if her husband knows, and what about if my husband did call and her husband answered the phone, could she be using him to help her let her husband know she is not happy?

I (23) hooked up with this guy (26) in May and have been off and on since. However, we just stopped talking one day and I didn't hear from him for nearly a month. Out of the blue he calls and asks me some random question. Then calls again later then he's texting me and now we have been talking for a week. What do you think his intentions are? (P.S. He sent me a picture of himself and the memo said "will u marry me?" I know he is kidding but do know for a fact that his dying wish is to be married, have a family and build a house).

One day I went for my regular massage but my massage therapist was on vacation so I choose a male massuer instead. This is my first time being massage by a male. I got aroused when he massage my inner thighs and breast.
Uncontrollable I begin holding his bottom and eventually I made him make love to me. In no time I frequently went to meet him and each visit we made love.
The problem is that I am a 28 year old recently married woman and I know what I did was wrong but I really can't resist the happy moments with him. On the other hand I don't want to leave my husband because I love him too. My husband is also a great lover in bed. Can someone tell me what should i do?

My niece is 14 and she screamed at my 19 year old daughter when we were at her home and told her to get out of the house. My daugther is very timid and introverted and is easily bullied. She is very nice and submissive to people. I am always concerned with the way people treat her and I can't believe that my niece would yell and curse at her in a bad way. My daughter cried all the way and now, she is still crying and hurt. I am very upset. My niece said she hates my daughter & said she hates timid, quiet, and introverted people. I talked to her parents and her parents said didn't believe me. They said "My daughter would never yell and curse at people for no reason. If she does, it is definitely because you and your daughter did or said something bad to her. My daughter is very good and would never be mean. It is all your fault that my daughter yelled at your daughter." I don't understand why my niece and her parents would be this way. Why is that? What can I do?

I have a lovely husband and 3 beautiful children and another one on the way. My husband is very attentive, loving, complimentary etc and we do have a very nice life. I am a little insecure though and I have always made it clear that it would upset me if he looked at another woman. He tells me that he only has eyes for me and that he is really lucky to be with someone 10 years younger but I just hate it when he sees other attractive women in real life or pictures. He says that I have to accept that there are other attractive women in the world and that you can't help notice if someone is good looking, the same as you can't help but notice if someone is black, white, fat skinny etc but I just really struggle with the idea of him finding other women attractive. He also knows that I would hate him watching porn so he says that he wouldn't, but I know that before me he occasionally used to watch the odd movie and said that it was never about watching the women but the sex. what should i do

If you made a promise to someone that you wouldn't do something, and if you're out of contact with them, is it ever ok to go back on that promise?

I'm moving from my current apartment to another that's VERY close to his- not even 5 mins away. Currently, I'm 20 mins away. This new place is a nicer, more quiet area & the value is much better than where I am now. The only con is I'll be 15 mins farther from work. Of all the apt communities I checked on this was the ONLY 1 w/ anything ready for move in in a timely manner & that fit my budget. I mentioned the name of the apts to him a few times, & apparently he wasn't familiar with them, or else he would've known they were right up the street from him. I was talking about moving in next week & he said, "so where is it?" and I told him. He seemed surprised & I responded "too close for comfort?", and he said "no". He seemed a lil' bothered. I shouldn't leave out that I've been a little self consioucs in our relationship & I've openly had trust issues w/ him in the past. I'm worried he thinks I want to be "over his shoulder" & that this is a calculated move. How should I address this?

About 3 weeks ago my husband told me he'd met his soulmate and when he looked at her she also knew he was 'the one'. He regrets telling me now and said it was only the drink talking and nothings ever happened between them. I am heartbroken but he's just carrying on like nothings been said. I can't seem to forget what he said and wonder if I will always feel like his second choice. I can't see my feelings about this changing also we haven't so much as kissed since. How can I get over this or am I fool for trying to?
