I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, doesn’t use drugs, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

well heres how it is...
wen i first get attracted to a girl its USUALLY a physical attraction so like how hot the girl is blah blah.
from there its gettin to no them and there personality. trust me this is 100% truth. no matter how hot a girl is it does NOT matter if shes got a b*tchy personality. so make sure u hav a good personality.
sometimes i start liking a girl later on. for example i only think of a girl as a friend at first and as i get to no them and all i start liking her. thats y personality is soo important. i may not hav thought much of her at first but once i get to no her it can all change

Willing to give back, not to seek attention all the time.
Not having to be entertained all the damn time, giving back with conversation.
Plus the obvious attractive, kind and fun to be around
Also spontaneous is also nice, I don't like having to plan everything, she has to give as much as I do

I don't know what other guys look for but I can tell you I look at personality and looks. Personality is more important to me though.

what I look in a girl is honest, non-slutty, great to be around, acrobatic skills, sense of humor, extreme, dark hair, and foriegn.
