We are legally married and I found out he is living with a guy inside besides using utilities, my car, all! I want to send my sister there with a power of attorney to rent it. The utilities are in bouth names myne and his name. Can she call police and with the power of attorney, get my car back, take out all my belonings, and rent the place out. The house was bought by me, before I got married to this freeloader from Michigan (Er nic Cash DeBord) and we have a prenuptial agreemente mine is mine, his is his. Please help were I can found my rights, a phone I can call from`4 overseas or better right to them and a free power of attorney sample. Thanks.

My wife discovered some emails from another woman that I did not solicite but I did not discourage either in April. Now 3 months later she has managed to grow more and more distant with each passing day. Initially after her discovery she was still sharing a bed with me and has since begun sleeping in one of our guest rooms. She has begun applying for other jobs accross the country and hasn't invited me to go with her but still says she is unsure about the future of our marriage. Am I dumb for thinking that she is planning on leaving me? Of course I feel she is just using this isolated incident to have an excuse as to why it's ok for her to leave. I didn't cheat and nor did I have any intent on doing so. She has told me at least one other time that she doesn't love me anymore and asked me to move out of our house in our 3 year marriage. She has also repeatedly lied during our dating years. Our current lease is up at the end of the month, should I begin looking for my own place?

I'm a mother of a 3yr old and 4month old.All my husband does is go to work 4days a week(literally).When he is here he eats ALL the food(that he doesn't pay for and can't afford to buy more of),makes ridiculous messes ,picks fights about the pettiest stuff("why is the lid to the peanut butter halfway off?"(he leaves it that way),and tries to cause dissention between me and the kids(he recently said to me in front of them,"You don't have any authority over anyone in here but yourself) and.."Your mother says you can't have it but I don't mind..she's nuts,don't mind her.".On top of this,he constantly says all day"I can't believe I'm taking care of YOU".."I hate having kids.".."look at you".."Why am I taking care of you guys?".."If I wasn't taking care of 3other people,I'd have this that,etc.,".........I told him after his latest comment about authority that he is more than welcome to leave anytime and I meant it.Does anyone else deal with this type of thing?What should I do?

Okay, on the 4th of July I found out that my husband had been talking to a girl that he works with. I also found out that he was lieing to me about who he was talking to (I am a very cool wife, and don't care what he does or where he goes as long as he is honest with me) So haveing said that it looked really bad that he was hiding things. After a huge fight, I got to the bottom of this, but my husband said ALOT of very hurtful things, including that he wanted to seperate (in which I told him to hit the door) Now less then two weeks later, he acts like nothing ever happened. And he is amazed that I don't trust him right now. Am I wrong here, or is he nuts?

I need some honest advice about this: I think my supervisor is interested in me but I could be wrong. Yes, I know I shouldn't date my supervisor but just overlook that fact and let me know if it seems like he likes me or is just doing this job. He's young, very attractive and fit so it's kinda hard for me not to notice him. Anyway, at first I thought he didn't like me because he kept staring at me and always moved me away from guys I talk to at work and he never did the same to the other girls. Now he is starting to actually talk to me and he asks me very obvious work related questions that are unnecessary. He smiles while talking to me and keeps constant eye contact (never looks away) and I've watched him talk to other people to see if he always smiles but he talks to them normal. I'm not being a stalker and I don't make it obvious when I look at him, I just glance around. But when I look in his direction 90% of the time he is already looking at me and then he quickly looks away.

So I have full physical and sole custody of my 16 month old son. His father (who failed to appear for mediation and the court date) is now threatening to overturn the judgement!! Giving himself full and sole custody and allowing me supervised visits!!! Along with moveing out of state (CA). I may not be super mom, but he is never hungry, dirty, unattented, in an unsafe enviornment, and more than anything LOVED!! I guess my question is what if any reprocautions he can seek on reversal of custody in to his favor?

Well, I don't want to say hate because that's a really strong word and my mom does not like me to say that and stuff...

But she dosen't understand because she grew up with no siblings, and she always expects us to be nice towards one another, and I understand that.

But my sister is one total b****, she changed her personality ever sinced we've moved into our new house. She's now overweight ( not extremely, but you know meat on her bones),
inconsiderate, and spiteful. I'm exactly the oppisite...

She is so mean to my parents, she always demands stuff from then even when they don't have extra expenses. I'm always considerate of my mom, like when we buy stuff I always like to get cheap stuff so she can save money.

And she treats my dad like a taxi for her and her friends forcing him to take them left and right all over the damn place. She is soooo inconsiderate its crazy...

I'm 15 yr old male, who gets good grades and she's 13 with bad grades now....

Some advice plz?

As for her being approximately 5 hour I, it was, doing that that it can point to that boringly, how concerning it is. First with I overtook completely in shame, but me 17 year old and the fact that it is the person who raises was actualized with one side.

As for me being she, as for world me who am begun it is the person who raises, when I want, the can reads desultorily “Internet” with anytime. You say that she gets married, or me the girl friend is necessary to find at least, beginning. What the origin you must do that with something? I am not recognized either one.

I to enjoy the fact that “Internet” is read desultorily, systematic so. I before I obtain the bed, morning most with do that. That to remove my pressure, because newly it does not become always, not to be under any condition, I may enjoy the new material. My mother does not understand by any means. The fact that it is not the activity where reading desultorily the forum on internet is plundered is explained to :(

I don't understand why people don't have to pay some fine, do community service, or something if their partner has prove that their cheating. Where is the logical in this. Its illegal to be married to more than one person at a time but if a married person cheats then its okay. I just don't get it. Its like people have to put some type of punishment in their prenup or something.

My husband and I have had our share of bad things going on and we've hurt each other enough. We plan of divorcing but we want to live close to each other, do shared parenting, take the kids places together and remain friends. Both of us are willing to try and remain friends and not make it a hugh mess. Neither one of us really wants it that way. We want to work everything out between us from possibly doing the divorce ourselves just have an attorney oversee it to splitting up our household. My family doesn't think it's possible. But in my heart I'm hoping it's possible. Am I being blind? Or could it happen?

I'm 25 with two brothers, 4 and 6 years older. We were sometimes hit and I'm wondering if it was legal - this was in the UK in the 80s and 90s.

I got smacked on the bum or legs, usually by my dad, and *very* occasionally had my pants pulled down for a spanking (hand only). The last time that happened I was about 8. I wasn't really hit after the age of 11 except for being slapped across the face once when I was 13.

My brothers occasionally got the belt. I never did, but was threatened with it. The older one only got it once that I remember, the younger a few times, the last time I think he was 14 (so it was about 1992).

I only got hit with an object once - my grandma once spanked me on the bare bottom with a wooden spoon when I was six.

I've always wondered how much of this was legal and whether any of it was abuse. I have never known what the law was then and always wondered.

So we went to the mall this weekend and HE suggested ring shopping. We've discussed marriage and know it's what we want but more importantly we both understand that it's not something that we want to do until we're BOTH financially stable or at least done with school (i'm not done, he is). We're going to struggle through a bit of a long distance relationship for about 6 months starting this fall so that I can continue my schooling in SC while he is in OH finishing out the lease on his apartment (which he can't get out of).

My understanding was that we were going to wait for a while to move forward with anything but the ring shopping caught me by surprise since that wasn't something we really thought was appropriate at this time.

Thoughts on why he may have done this.

PS. don't get me wrong i would LOVE to have a diamond on my finger but that's all, i'm not ready to plan a this upcoming week let alone a wedding.

I'm a hindu girl in love with a muslim boy.Our parents wouldn't except this and he broke the relationship for that reason.A few weeks on,we met up alot for a couple of weeks and ended up closer than we were before.He told me he loved me and we started going out again.He then had to go abroad for a month.

I am unwell and am undergoing treatment through this time. He has made a point to talk to me everyday, but it's been me calling and on his time.I know that i shouldn't be with him but can't stop thinking about him. I've caught him cheating before we broke up the first time.And now with him away he is not affectionate with me at all.Before being so close by he would call me by a pet name and say he misses me.But despite being in contact he is so distant with me.

I have cancer and feel that i am being selfish in expecting him to be there with me and wanting affection.I think there may be someone else and don't want to stand in the way.How do i forget him?is he messing with me?

My fiance had plans with me to help paint a new rental property I bought. I came home and he was next door. I called him. He said he would be over soon. There is a girl there that I suspect likes him bc she flirted heavliy with him once right in front of me. I was curious so I walked over there. He didn't look like he was leaving. It looked like he was about to sit down and there was a bunch of people.When he saw me he said that now that I was there I should stay and blurted out that I need to sit between he and Mary (the girl) and that I came over bc I am jealous. I said I didn't give a **** if she sits next to him out of humiliation. He insisted I stay. I found out her man broke up w/her. After a while I gave him a look to leave and paint. He said he doesn't want to and said a few times if I am not having fun to leave out loud.He said if I didn't show up asking him to leave we would be painting. The girl left. He is still there.Could he like her or am i paranoid?
