i have been with my husband for 2 years, we have only been married for 1. when we first starting dating he told me i was the 4 girl he was to have sex with. recently (after being married for almost a year) he came forward and said that when we started dating he had lied and i was actually his first.which he was my first so he knows it always bothered me that i was not his first and we had talked about it alot during the course of our relationship before we got married but it was only recently that he said he actually was a virgin until we had sex. tonight we had some friends over for dinner and were talking about sex for some reason and my hubbys friend started talking about a "whale" he had sex with and my hubby laughed and said you would never guess who i did... so i was like so you did have sex with someone else? and he was like no i woke up with her making our with me and i was naked but we didnt have sex?
im so mad. i feel like he is lieing and i wasnt his first...

I love this wonderful, creative, adorible guy that broke it off with me. It devistaded me. I moped around all day eating ice cream, the classic Gilmore Girls brake up routine. I like this boy and I know he likes me too. He smiles at me all the time and waves and everything, and its kinda obvious. But he isnt very pretty and hes kinda chunky but hes really nice and sensitive hes like what almost every girl dreams about i like him alot but if i go out with my friends and other people will make fun of us.
So heres the problem...

okay so.. i met this guy named john when i was at a camping trip and his best friend named jacob went to my school. the next day at school jacob told me john liked me and that got me and jacob talking and stuff (jacob was like our message perosn). well john stopped liking me and me and jacob realized we liked eachother so we went out for like 3 months. but we broke up like 2 months ago and never talk now. recently i've been talking to john though and i think we like eachother again. would if be bad to go out with john if he's my exboyfriend's best friend? she always puts him first before me & she doesn't seem to care that i'm not ok with that & that it hurts my feelings very much! he still buys her things like expensive jewelry etc... and she seems to think that it shouldn't bother me at all! when i tell her that i'm not ok with it and that it hurts my feelings she always tries to turn it around and try and say it's my fault or she will try and find something that i've done wrong etc.. i love my wife very much so how can i make her see just how much she is breaking my heart and that what she is doing is wrong?

I am divorced and just broke up from a 6 year relationship with a guy who has committment phobia big time! He had a horrible marriage and is now confused about where our relationship is going after 6 years. We are taking "a Break." My friends are happy that we are apart and say I deserve much better than him. Over the six plus years we have been going out 3 nights a week and going away a lot and basically I am getting lonely and miss him. I know he goes out all the time, (as he has done his whole life) with his guy friends and we live near each other. My friends are sometimes busy with their families, etc... Would it look desperate if I went out by myself for dinner and sat at the bar in a nice place? I know he has always told me in the past that women do it a lot- but I usually am with friends... What if I do it and he shows up with some friends? It would be embarrassing- but guys can sit at a bar by themselves and no one thinks twice- What do you think about going solo?

My parents have offered to help pay for my wedding. (5,000) They offered more but I didn't feel comfortable taking it.

It seems that there is alot of judgement on brides whose parents still offer to pay for their weddings from people who had to pay everything themselves. I've seen it not only on Y!answers but in general life.

It also seems that people who have huge budgets get mad when you offer ways to make things less expensive. Why would you have a 15k wedding that LOOKS like 15k when you can have a 15k wedding that looks like you spent 30k?

We own our home, 2 cars, blah blah blah. I don't have an answer as to why we waited forever, but we wanted to get married and he wanted a wedding, so we are having one. Our invitations, in order to include our children, read: Nicholas, Austin and Kyle Request the honor of your presence as their mother Mary Michelle marries their father Kevin Lyle etc, etc, etc. I thought it was a nice way to incorporate our whole family, but we have been getting a ton of flack. Do I blow them off or redo my invites? BTW, we are totally footing the bill.

Me and my boyfriend live together. We have our problems like some people but for the most we usually work it out. He is the only child and he is use to being alone. He loves his video games, he'll play from morning to night. Just today he told me that he wants to be alone. It's not you he said but it him and he just rather live life alone. He also says that his mother never married, she is alone and she is happy. Yes we been together for a while we have a house cars I mean numerous things together and now he says this. Is it me? I cook ,clean.work and still spend time with him and take care of children. Need a little different out look. I have prayed. I am very torn about this.

Okay my best friend{josh} got married 5 months ago. He is the best guy next to my husband. He deserves the best. The girl he married{holli} moved in with him and his dad for about 4 months. She then decided to move back in with her mother because Josh was on the computer constantly. Holli told him that she needed him to get his life in order and get a job and a car and go back to school. Holli barely graduated and neither one of them had jobs when the got married. After she moved out Josh got a job a car and went back to school to get his GED. She got a job and so did josh. However her mother said she won't pay or give her daughter anything else if she doesn't divorce josh. Now she wants a divorce and to start dating josh again.
