My wife of fifteen years left with my four kids. We had a fight. Things got bad. She left. I was arrested and jailed for 28 days. She didn't press charges, but the Police did. I am under orders not to contact her or the kids until my case is resolved, which will still take many weeks to resolve. I really love her and the kids, and am making changes in my life to deal with my issues. Should I hold out hope of us ever getting back together? Having no contact for so long is driving me crazy. Can someone out there offer me any hope? Be honest. I am dealing with things one day at a time.

My husband and I have been together 9 years now, 4 of those married. 6 years ago he cheated on me and I can't seem to get over it. I love him so much and I know he loves me just as much. At the time I was really unaffectionate toward him. I barely showed him any affection. Neither of us knew I was Bipolar until a couple of years ago. He's told me everything there is to know about what happened between him and the girl and that he just wanted to be wanted, but for some reason it's not enough. I've never seen the girl until recently I was at a friends funeral and she just happened to be there and my sister recognized her. I went home and told my husband that I had finally seen her. That brought the whole situation back up between me and my husband. He keeps saying I should be over it by now and that I'm the one he married and had a child with and he loves me. Please help me. I need some advice on how to let this go.

Okay im in a relationship and me and this guy been talking for 5 months and he claims he love me and stuff and i say it back even though i just really like him. But its like when were on the phone we'll be on it for hours and all but we dont talk bout much. I only know a few things about him. But i really like him. He says he has a friend whom is a girl and he dont mess with her or nothing. But his brother uncle and friends all cheat. even though he say he dont i dont believe him. do you think he's cheating???

We've been together for 15 years, and married now for 6 years. He cheated on me before. A whole secret life deal. While I was pregnant with our first child. I was 17 at the time. We reconciled, married, and have had another child since then. He started a new job working 3rd shift. I knew it would be hard on him so basically I babied him. He would stay up all night long even on his days off, and I would let him sleep all day. Yes I did talk to him about it. He made the usual excuses. So even though I would cry myself to sleep most nights I allowed it to continue. Then I found out the reason why he stayed up all night. It was talking to girls on the internet. (Some local, some not) I thought we were finally at a point in our lives where our family and relationship was coming together. I WAS happy. Now I am not. The trust is gone. I don't even look at him the same way. All we seem to do now is argue and my kids are seeing it. Is it possible that sometimes love isn't enough???

i was dating a guy for a couple months and he just suddenly stopped calling me. about a week ago he told me that he was really stressed worried he was going to lose his house but he wanted to see me. I got a call today and someone told me his website was down and I had not talked to him in a week so i sent him a text asking if he was okay. he never responded so I called him tonite and he told me that he has been drinking and being lazy sleeping till 5 pm but he will call me when he stops drinking as much..I told him not to bother

I was so mad afterwards I sent a text saying " I was actually worried about you and you were just being a selfish ***, I am so dissapointed in both of us. serious no hard feelings I just had to get that off my chest"

im 19, and by the time i become say 40 or so i wanna have a son without a wife. the reason for this is because my parents broke up, and so my view of marriage and love is very superficial. but i still wanna have a kid. i just dont want my son to experience the pain of seeing his parents separate, as i have. is this a good idea?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for four months now. I love him to death and we've been friends for about a year and a half. About 3 months ago he planned on meeting me somewhere and he did not show up. He called me the next morning b/c he said that he had fallen asleep and he was so sorry. He works 2 jobs and is constantly tired, so I am understanding and don't mind. But then tonight, we saw each other in the morning and he planned a dinner date for us tonight. I didn't say anything and he said he wanted to go to dinner tonight and he would call me. Well, he never called me. We see each other every day and he ALWAYS calls me, except for these two times. What should I do and guys...how should I take this? Everything else is fine, he's a lot more affectionate than me and super romantic with me. It's not like him not to call (he only did it that once and now tonight)....

"Mate" of 3yrs, best friends for 5 years...I found a number on the phone bill that he had been calling several times a day, some days more than he would call me. Found messages on his voicemail from "her," nothing that REALLY indicated a "REAL" relationship, but "she" seemed like too close of a friend...and I never met her. They have been "friends" for 3 months according to him. [and the phone bills] I also had a miscarriage at 3months just recently...I confronted him about this "friend," and he apologized and said he would stop all communication with "her," and change his phone number. Well he never changed the number, and 1 week later [the day we were "celebrating" our "healthy" relationship] I heard ANOTHER message that she left him. "She" said she was returning his call. I wont be 100% sure that this is the same person until the phone bill comes out in about 3 weeks...but I am about 99.8% sure that this is the same person.

Now my question is do YOU think I should confront him?

My bf and I have been together 8 months and are doing wonderful. He tells me all the time i'm someone he could see himself with for life.... I'm 24 he's 23.

I watched a show about vegas weddings and playfully he says lets go get married. I say smiling and laughing OK meet you there! Later, he's asking me different scenarios and what would i do if x y and z was going on in his life, would I be there by his side and i'm answering accordingly to the situation. he makes a comment that i'm so good to him and when i try to respond, he blurts out "can I ask you something serious?" I say yes. There's a long pause and I get nervous. He says " Depsite how long we've known each other if I asked you to marry me right now what would you say?" I told him I would say yes and he asked would I have to think about it. I say no. I asked him would he consider popping the Q he says deffinetly if he's asking me about it.

Do you think the marriage gears are turning in his head? what does this mean?

past 5yrs i am enjoying the x-dressing i looks so beautifull and sexy than a real woman. i am very happy to have this fitness

It sounds cliche to say that I'm in love with my best guy friend, but it really is the truth. The only thing is, he's gay. I've come to terms with it over the past few months, and I know in the back of my head nothing will ever happen, but I honestly feel like he is supposed to be my soulmate. I've talked to him about it, and he knows I love him, and we're best friends so both of us would do anything for each other. Everyone thinks we're going out because we're always together and we kind of act like we're going out in that we hold hands etc. and we're really rather perfect for each other - we share common interests and we can talk to each other about anything. I guess I just don't know if it's possible to "ungayify" him? And part of me feels so selfish to want such a thing, but the other half of me is saying that we're meant to be together for the rest of our lives, and I'm not sure what to do. We're going to diff colleges in the fall and I don't know if i should look for other guys?

There's this guy... He is totally sweet & funny... and I like him so much... He's a GOOD BOY. It has nothing to do with looks, because in everyone's eyes, he's really not that cute... everyone i tell thinks that I could "do better," but there's no one else i want but him...

I've known him for 4 or 5 months... I've always felt something for him. He's just so easy to talk to, and he makes me laugh. One time, this woman saw us flirting, and actually told us that we should date!! He said, "Her? No way, noo no noooo," but he was sorta smiling when he said it. I was hurt, but my friends told me that guys sometimes pretend they don't like girls, when they do. So, we've seen each other at work an average of 1-2 times per week, for maybe 10 minutes per time...
Well, last week, he started dating this girl. She is awful. She has a nasty personality, is manipulative, fake, and is just out to hurt people. She's a controlling liar, and has tried to mess with me more than once... when she was supposed to be my friend... and, she's no beauty queen. Her outisides match her insides, basically. People always comment on how gross she looks...

I was so hurt when I found out taht they started dating. How could he want her and not me? I'm a nice person, I don't hurt people... and *if* he was superficial, I'm 20x better looking than her!

What do I do? I want to tell him how I feel, but if he doesn't feel the same way, he'll tell the girl he's with, and she'll humiliate me. I just can't tell if he likes me. I feel bad flirting with him, when he has a gf, and I try to stop myself, but everytime I'm around him, I can't help but smile and laugh. The worst part is, is that now he has a new shift, and it'll be weeks before I see him, unless he comes in to visit HER.

Help me? What do I do? Am I in love?

I posted a question last week asking if my marriage could be saved. Well since then I found out my wife had an affair (her second in 6 years) and I am devastated. After the first one we came to an agreement on ways to fix our marriage, but unfortunately neither one of us acted on them. So now we're back to square one. We have 2 beautiful children and I truly love this woman, but am I fooling myself by trying to make it work again? Do you think counseling and really making an effort can work this time or is she bound to continue this behavior when things aren't going well? Please advise.
