Hi, I really need your help. I have no idea of my own what to do so that is why I am on here trying to find help.

I have been madly in love with a guy for 2 years now. We are only friends though at the moment. We are really really close and get on really really well with one another. I found out about a month ago from one of his best mates that he is leaving the UK to go live in Africa. As you can proberly imagine this upset me quite a bit. I really love him and I have fought for him in previous problems over the past 2 years. The only problem I face now is, he's leaving for Africa in less than 2 month and I still dont know how he feels about me. I have done everything over the past 2 years to drop hints on how much I like him to see if that would make him confess his true feelings for me but it hasnt. As I say, he's leaving in less than 2 months and I really dont want to loose the one thing that means so much to me.
Also he is my teacher, well now ex - teacher.

my ma recently got a job in sligo (she did live in dublin as a doctor) i go up t her every weekend. im going in2 secondary school in september nd im enrolled in 3 schools, 2 in dublin wi my dad nd 1 in sligo wi my mam!! half a year ago my mam had a knee replacement coz b4 i was born she slammed in2 a truck on her motor bike! well d truck slammed in2 her actually bu after d operation she wasnt able t work 4 nearly 4 months! nd den she got a gud job in a small private hospital in sligo. (she used t live in sligo a few years ago) sh eloves it der nd so do i!! bu i love dublin 2!! my 3 brothers and my sister live in dublin. nd d rest ofmy family! i tink its going t b sligo though bu i dnt kno plzzz help me

we have a couple of kids together and all we do is argue, make up and act as if nothings happened. then the same happens again the next day.

My son is getting married for the third time and is angry that I will not attend the wedding. I take care of my 84 year old mother who cannot travel and there is no family around to help me. I do not have the money to hire anyone for a couple of days plus it will cost me almost a thousand dollars to get to the wedding with air, car rental, hotel, etc.
My son told me that if I do not attend this big, lavish wedding that he no longer wants me in his life and he will never speak to me again.
This is so unfair isn't it??? His fiancee also wrote me an email and was rude, disrespectful and threatening to me.
I feel bad for not being there but financially cannot afford it. I do not want to put my mother in a home for 3 days as she has dimentia and is confused already and I made a committment to her 2 years ago to take care of her.
Does anyone out there have any advice for how to tell my son I cannot come without him disowning me ? thanks, mary

My best friend and i have been friends for about 5 years now. When we were 15 he moved away. I havn't seen him since, but we've kept in contact and we are still really close.

I'm going to be going up in August to see him though. Then next year I'm moving to his city for College.

We've been talking about starting a relationship together. I love him and he's told me he's in love with me.

In August I really want to sleep with him. It'll both our first time.

I'm 17 and he is 18.

Ok this girl i obviously like started not talking to me
so i basically returned the favor for like 4 or five days

on Day 5 she had asked half my friends what my fkn problem is. welll i think she got the message now i wanna startup talking to her again how can i break the ice??

PS does her asking what my problem is a good sign because she wants to talk to me or is she thinking my silence was a clue that i liked her

Ok, im 14 and I have a boyfriend named Billy I have been with for 6 months. And he is also the first guy I have ever loved. He went away to rehab for 2 of those months to and I couldnt talk to him in that time. He has been back for about 3 weeks and within the first week I noticed things were WAY different. I tried talking to him about it and he said everything was okay and the same as it was. So hearing him reasure me made me think it would all work itself out. But last night, somthing completely unexpected happened. He told me he didnt know if he loved me anymore. And he was thinking about breaking up with me. I was so shocked and couldnt belive it. I have cried constantly since. Idk if he is going to or not but just hearing him say "i dont love you like i did." kills me. I love this kid with all my heart and triied to explain that to him but idk if it helped. And it effecting me physically. im not sleeping at all, not eating and throwing up. What do I do to stay with him? I love him

I can't stand it. When ever we have 'family get togethers' there is always fighting and arguing.

Last night we were talking about how Subway has low carb options. My Mum, Grandma, my Auntie & Uncle actually got into a fully heated argument about this.

I can't stand it. They all have to be right!! It drives me crazy. Usually I get up and leave the room but I couldn't do that last night (It was my Grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary).

What can I do to try and settle these heated discussions?

I've tried to tell them to stop arguing over it and just agree to disagree, but they don't stop!!

(I'm 17 btw)
