With today being fathers day, and my first without my dad, does this day ever get easier???? I know that time heals but this is a very sad day for me, I know I am one of millions who are sad this day, but oh it hurts!!

there's this guy and he hangs out with me and my friends, i'm new to the group, b/c we just moved here. but he one of my friends older brother, (but i don't know the little brother very well) i catch him looking at me ALOT! and like we are pretty much glancing at each other. i'm in 10 grade, and he just graduated last year. i really like him, and he might like me, b/c he sits by me and talks to me and stuff a whole lot...please don't tell me to just say "hey, i like you" b/c i won't do it, no matter how many people tell me to, i just can't do it....so please give me advice on how to let him know i like him, w/o being a s l u t or just coming out and saying it.

So the other day I went with my mum to visit some her friends and they say ' oohhh , she's so beautiful... just gorgous ' ( talkin bout me, hadn't seen them in a while) Grrr, then mum blurts, ' yeah, she's ( hesitantly) p-retty, she said with a flat expressionless face. I'm like wt? not that it really matters but I get compliments everywhere I go nearly and stuff.... sometimes unfortunantly. Was harassed throughout school & life now that I look back on those days, BUT when your own mother does not even want to accept that. argh! What do you think was going through her head? She's also overprotective & smothering at times. So Q : can you explain the behavior? a Q for mother's especially who have daughters, or blooming daughters, open to everyone though. I just don't know what she thinks of me at times!

well i have known him for 2 years and he is my neighbor and i really like him a lot....well last sunday we kindof did it and now he hasnt called or anything cuz his parents suspected that we did it and he told them that we didnt. and his mom said that she would tell my mom if she ever found out that we did it, well i dnt think that we r dating any more but how do i get him to go bak out with me. he said that we can date again when everything dies down. but i really like this guy so how can i convence him to go bak out with me? what shld i do? i lost my virginity to him!!! and he also said that the last thing he wanted was for me to get into trouble for doin it with him. what should i do please help me!

everytime we get into an argument, he brings it up, that I had originally wanted to abort my son.......I've always been against abortion......but it's a different story when it happens to you....when you're young, and in college, no money...I couldn't barely take care of myself.....but i had changed my mind at the last minute......maybe 5 minutes before the procedure...I had wondered what if everything will be alright? so i decided to have him.....he's 18 months now, and i love him to death! he's beautiful! I don't know what I'd do without him, but my boyfriend had told me that he was gonna tell our son when he's older, that i wanted an abortion....I told him that if i truly didn't want him, i wouldn't have had him...what do i tell my son years from now, if his dad decides to tell him???

See I've been liking this girl for a while and i couldn't get to talk to her, and then one day i approached her and started talking to her and things went nicely. On another day i walk her home and ask her on a date at her door and ask for her number, she said yes and gave me her number. I follow the 2-day rule and called her today, and she didn't answer, so i thought she was mad at me for not calling so i left a message," I'm sorry for not calling, its not like i dont like you, its just that i was shy..." Big mistake? So then i get a call back and shes saying that i misunderstood her and says she just wants to be friends? I got a date with her tommorrow and she says she just wants to be friends. Need help im really confused and i don't know what to do. I really like her and i want a relationship with her, so give me good advice. Thanks

If your husband is rarely at home...sleeps in a separate bed...is either working, out with mates, or staying overnight at his country property by himself? He does not try to make excuses anymore and simply says to you.."you know the score, you know I dont love you". He knows that if he leaves, you will kill yourself, so stays because he couldnt live with the guilt. What makes a wife threaten these things when she knows her husband does not love her, does not want to spend any time with her and is always out somewhere. I really need to understand why a wife would expect her husband to stay where he obviously doesnt want to be.....what would be going through her mind? Could there be something mentally wrong with her?

I'm 21 and my current fiance proposed to me about...a month or two ago. I'm a virgo so I want everything to be perfect on my big day. Every little detail has to be perfect as far as I'm concerned. But here's the thing, the wedding isn't until 2009. I want to start planning the little things but everytime I try to talk to my fiance about the tiniest little detail he gets frustrated and tells me to calm down about it. I don't bring it up all the time, actually I only brought it up maybe once a week and it was about something like "Which season do you like?" or something like that. I wanted him to help me choose a date but he said "It doesn't matter!". We're announcing the engagement at our 4th of July BBQ, and I had to a choose a date without his help, because I want to be able to give everyone a date to go by.(plus we need to start saving up for this event.) Am I being too aggressive? I feel like he just doesn't care...or that I basically forced him into proposing and now he regrets it.

Ok, so my elder sister who is 32 is getting married soon & hasn't asked me to be her bridesmaid. I've always talked to her about it and told her how i couldn't wait until the day when i would be her bridesmaid since i was a child. She is my eldest sister and i love her and tell her everything we are very close. I've always looked up to her and admired her for everything she has gone through and done. She tells me that she is to have her daughters as her bridesmaids and no one else as it would be too hard to decide whether to have me and my sister also as bridesmaids or her friends. So to me this makes me feel that i mean as much to her as her friends? I am extremley hurt by this as i've always dreamt of the day to see her get married but now i'm just going to be a guest along with my other sister. I just can't understand her. Am i being selfish? Or do you agree that she is putting her friends before her family like she always has and leaving her baby sisters out?
