hm... i like some guy, and i know him for ages... i know that he really liked me in the past, but back than i was seeing someone... we had a thing last week, and we were in touch... but this friday we got really drunk and we slept together... so hm... so wait for him to call or not

It's been a week already...call him. Maybe he thinks you're pissed off or something and scared to call you. Afterall, you've never really shown any interest in him until you two got really drunk. You two have known each other for years...so it's safe for you to call him.
