Telling the truth is much more less complicated and easier. Lies have to be covered by other lies and believe me: No one is that smart to keep it up.
Note: Telling the whole truth will be stupid. Disclosing should be slow and gradual with the right person. Get it?

It is easier to tell a lie because people will believe a lie more than they will believe someone telling the truth, the truth hurts, that is why so many relationships in my opinion go wrong, because we believe the lies that he or she present, you can dress up a lie and we eat it up, can't dress up the truth it is what it is and often times people can't handle the truth

If lying comes easier to you than telling the truth, I hope I don't know you! lol

My decision would be based on the situation.

I would find it easier to lie if it was necessary to spare someone's feelings (i.e. Does this make me look fat?)

Other than that, the truth comes easier. You don't have to try so hard to remember the truth. Lies, on the other hand, you have to remember what story you told to who. Then to cover that lie, you might have to tell another, and another, etc.

The truth. There is no need to think about a story...because it is what it is the truth. When you lie it's a must to remember every detail about that lie.

Telling the truth is always easier because, you do not have to make things up. And if caught in a lie you will look untrust-worthy.

Easier to tell the truth because if you tell a lie then you have to think up another lie to cover it, and on and on....not worth it.

Depends. If you are in trouble, lying. But even then, the truth can be much easier.

its easier to tell the truth. lies are complicated. you have to keep your 'facts' straight. i always catch people lying because they forget little details of their lies and give themselves away. i doubt it comes naturally to you...you may think it does, but others probably know what your up to. they may not confront you about it, but that doesnt mean youre in the clear. they could be plotting to get you back or use it against you someday.
