I was married for 7 years to a man who was very immoral. I didnt know it when I married him and was crushed when I found out. I didnt file for a divorce right away becuase I dont believe in divorce unless its absolutely necessary which in my case (he left for someone else and got her pregnant two weeks later) it was. I have three kids and I used to be so ambitious and happy and confident (and thin). Now I cant do anything I put my mind to. I feel weak and afraid all the time. I have prayed and tried. My ex-husband still brings me down through oue kids. I try to get away from him and he's always saying or doing something to pull me down again. My life is upside down right now and the more I struggle the worse it gets. Its been two years. How can I break free and have a life again?

I like things in the house a particular way. No dishes in the sink, I don't sleep with the t.v. on, I'm usually in bed by 10:00 (not always sleep). I need quiet in order to sleep. What do you do when your house guest are the total opposite. I do have ear plugs, but knowing there are people creeping around in the house, breaking all the rules (lol), I still don't sleep too comfortable. So where's the middle ground or do I just wait for them to leave to get a good night's rest?

I am having a hard time with dealing with a really bad breakup. I love him but he doesn't want to be with me and I think it is because he wants to go out and have fun and hang out with his friends and meet new people and just do whatever he wants without having to be in a relationship. But I am having a hard time with it because he told me that he cares for me. I am really angry with myself and with him because he has changed within the past couple of months because of his friends. I know that I should let him go free and if it's meant to be, he will come back, but I have alot of anger inside. Any advice?

My husband & I have been married for 6 yrs, together for
9, we've been through alot, but I don't want to try to make it work anymore. I 've gone to therapy about us, didn't stay very long with any I didn't want to continue spending the $. If it takes that much work & $, it's not worth it. I'm just sick of it! My fear of being alone is not $, because I'm a pharmacist it's just the not having help with kids,(2 boys 5 & 1) house, the car, & anything else that may occur. We live over 3,000 miles from my fam, which is a good & bad, bad-no help, good-at least they're not around to pass judgement. I think my 2 oldest sisters would think that i'm being too tough, that i should try to make it work for the kids espec., noone knows whats going on, i dont tell tell them anything, probably just make me feel bad. Mom unhappily married w/ dad for 25 yrs, sep., never div'ced, he pass'd away was 87. mom still angry, sad alone, depressed, 70. Old sis's shld know better!!how do i get over fear & leave?

My little sister found my report card and is threatening to tell my parents. I have mostly D's, an F, and one C. If my parents found out they'll take my computer, TV, mp3 player, and I'll be grounded for 6 monthes!

Now she's blackmailing me into being her slave. I'm 14 and she's only 11 but she's so evil! She makes me kiss her feet, do her homework and choirs, be her footrest, give her pedicures and any other embarassing task she can come up with. I really only have one choice now. Get better grades next semester to show my parents. But if anyone has any suggestions...?

Is it for fun,for time pass or there is something missing in their relationship with their partners that drives people into an extramaritial affair.Or Is it that everything is going well, its just that they have fallen in love with the other person.

We are a couple in our late 40"s. we recently visited my boyfriend uncle and his mother found out that we slept in the same bed and she informed my boyfriend that this is very disrespectful because we are mot married. I disagreed because we are almost in our fifties< we are not kids. One of the problem i have with this is that he goes along with his mother. Am I right to think that we are grown ups and mom should not tell us this. We stayed there before and his uncle did not have a problem with it.

Only real answers please! My husband NEVER initiates anything sexual with me lately. Our son is two and a half. We are both 30. If I initiate things, and I am BLATANTLY obvious he usually is responsive and things are good. If I just hint around you can forget it, he won't notice. I recently purchased lots of cute and sexy clothing to wear to sleep because I thought maybe his old tshirts were just getting routine. If I try to dress in a seductive nighty he says, "that looks nice on you honey!" and then he goes on with his evening. I am only 7 pounds more then when we got married, although my post baby body is shaped different. I flirt with him during the day, and even tell him about sexy dreams that I have... he seems to enjoy hearing them and gets aroused, but then he rolls over and goes to sleep. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! What I am I doing wrong. I feel sexy and pretty usually but lately I want to cry because I feel he finds me unattractive. If I ask him he denies it.

I have two children with my ex-husband, my only marriage, and kept his name after the divorce for that reason. He nor I never re-married, and some love remained, but there were some serious problems that needed to be addressed. Recently i was filling out some paperwork and when it asked my status, i was unsure as to what is the correct answer. (I had been advised that when it comes to financial aid applications for the kids for college, however to go with widowed.) Does anyone know what is correct?

my boyfriend and i were going really well (we've been together 10 months now) but once we hit rough patches, he got panicked and broke it off. 2 or 3 times. each time he'd be telling me he wouldn't let me lose him as a friend and he'd always be there for me and he loved me and cared for me so much. which i knew was true. while all this was going on, he had major college and family problems, and his head just wasn't in a good place.
so he BEGGED for me back this time. i said no because i'm tough and proud, as much as i LOVE him i know i'm a survivor. he told me he's never been so serious about anything in his life, he said he'll go into counselling so that never happens again.
but i'm finding it hard to trust him again. i know he only cracked under the stress, but now i find it hard to believe him. i fabricate everything in my head, i'm dreaming that he's with other girls...stuff i never would have dreamed of him doing before.

I need some advice, my spouse keeps coming online to chat, I am ok with online chatting in gen. but he will deny he is doing it, even tho I have proof, as I have discovered yet again today, He says it is just friendly -no cyber sex. but why lie about it, It makes me suspicious, in the past he's had a girls numbers in his pocket, and was online checking out the porno. Now, I don't want him to do it b/c it feels like cheating emotionally, this is something I really just don't like now and don't understand how "'chatting about the weather " (supposedly) with a stranger is more important than respecting your wife. He has had many comments on how he can land a chick like me and I can have a wide pick of men if I chose, but I chose him. Regardless of your personal view about online chatting, my question is, if it's something I don't like, have relayed this to the guy, should he not respect me enough not to do so?? If he is going to do it, why lie and not say so, I'd respect him more
